and i'm stating that the leads don't have european heritage. the parents they casted are COMPLETELY out of touch with reality.

and i'd say the same if they hired blasian parents too (which they wouldn't because GMMTV is definitely racist). I'm all about equal, fair, and realistic representation. not this clear sign of white privilege that holds no weight in the real world in regards to truthful representation.

they'd be suited for Briight Vacirawit (who is a quarter white). That would make more sense to me. Just saying.

the character Neung is ANNOYING. Why does she care so much what her "friend" Vivi is doing? I hate busybody characters that don't mind their own business. Worry about your own life.

Not only that, the actress playing her sounds like real piece of work from just reading her bio on mydramalist. She is the definition of "i only got in the industry through my wealth and connections"

Thai entertainment will never reach higher quality if they don't stop the classism/nepotism and cast people who are qualified for the role!

This is why i stan smaller content creators and indie artists so much. They aren't corrupted by the BS politics of the industry who are bent on pushing their own agenda.

i agree. thai dramas have not reached the consistent quality of other asian industries like Korea and Japan. tbh most of the time i'd rather watch Thai celebs in vlogs/variety shows than in dramas.
