Both Light and Dark skin thais exists. But Thai people erases the dark skin ones because they are racist.

Channel 3? Thats the same channel where the tv shows partake in blackface. Clearly someone like her would not be promoted as much cause she isn't biracial like most of the top stars. And not surprisingly, she proceeded to act dimwitted and do acts of self degradation for "laughs". One might say "whats wrong with a dark skin person playing the role of a Jester on tv??", and the answer to that is when thats the only role they are typecasted in, that reputation defines them in a negative way in society. where as a pale skin person doing the same role wouldn't have much effect because pale skin people are given all kinds of roles. They aren't stigmatized the same way dark skin people are when it comes to Clown roles or Evil roles.
