Their producers do Blackface. Some of their drama's even go as far as painting a person's skin brown to perform a minstrel show. 30% of their actors are Eurasian which is wildly inaccurate in comparison to the actual thai population. Its a total whitewashing of thailand. They don't celebrate diversity and they are constantly push toxic racist tropes in their dramas. In their eyes, a dark skin woman can't be feminine or classy.

If anyone wants to see a different side to trans people other than being "gag comedians". I suggest watching Miss Tiffany Universe. The show is diverse in its representation of trans women. They have Doctors, Fashion Designers, Teachers, Models, people from poor backgrounds, light/dark skin. I see alot of them being portrayed with class in this pageant.

Well its great hes portraying a foreign character and he fits well in that role due to his language skills. but i don't like the how the original commentator was trying twist reality. Saying his acting skills was on some shakespeare level.

Hes good looking and his character was suppose to be Eurasian. Thats why he was hired. Not his acting skills.

But don't you think its strange the light skin cis lead characters always got these picture perfect looks and body?? while any other minority has to struggle to get a supporting role and when they do get one, they are never visually comparable to the lead characters. They always gotta have something wrong with them whether its personality or looks. Thats all i'm saying. Its a known fact they don't want a trans character thats in shape and beautiful enough to outshine the lead characters.

A light skin heterosexual person won't be affected by being portrayed as a molester because they get positive lead roles all the time. So theres a balance to it. While minorities are always trapped in one dimensional roles and negativity.

A transgender woman that men are attracted to, is considered very threatening to alot of normal women. They don't want a transgender woman to outshine them. Its the main reason Poyd Treechada's dramas all flopped.

Channel 3 was also one of the last networks to start doing BL. They were one of the biggest homophobic networks.

Saint just specifically pissed me off with the disingenuous comments about Equality. Do i not get the right to criticize the executive producer? People should not use the word Equality to promote their dramas and then partake in a Entertainment system that discriminates against darker skinned Southeast asians and Blasians. He could have simply said "i want to do a GL drama because it has never been done before" and left it at that. Instead he chose to be fake and say he wants "equality to happen" when his cast has no diversity at all. I do not like it when people lie so blatantly.

Personally i hated 2gether because the lead character was changed to be eurasian instead of a dark skin asian like what was portrayed in the novel. GMMTV always changes a character's skintone from dark to light but never the other way around. Its so racist. And the worst part is Bright isn't even a good actor to justify changing the race / whitewashing.
