Top and Mick definitely have enough chemistry together that they could work really well in a full length series. Emmy was borderline annoying as hell most of the time, but that seems to be par for the course with Thai rom-coms that have the supportive female best friend.
Somehow this My Universe project seems to manage to have a more complete story for the main couple without it feeling rushed in two episodes where others can't even do it in 12.
OH NO YOU DON'T....YOU'RE HERE TO THE END!!!!You don't desert your brothers and sisters in arms during war and…
LOL That was the first thing I thought of when I saw that message too....people only pirate good things not something that the script might as well have been written in crayon in the middle of summer with direct sunlight beating down on it. lol
If he wants more viewers than he should take my suggestion from last season and make a standalone "The Adventures Of ChukChuk & Friends" series, then he could have all the side characters, etc. he wants in it story be damned. The find someone that can actually direct the couple of actual talents they have signed to the company, and you know a decent script wouldn't hurt either.
There's no way Sky would survive 7 episodes with the massive case of blue balls he's had for Vee.....Sky truly is a masochist. lol Vee tied up on the bed looking like that with that f me hard Sky look in his face.....Sky is a saint....and probably owes Vee a whole roll of toilet paper....
No Bomb x J makeup sex.....we were sooo robbed of a three-for-one special!! lol
If that door slam wasn't an added in sound effect I won't how much they charged Aungpao for breaking the set? The argument itself might not have been that Bombtastic but he sure got his point across with that slam.
You're right, I'm already fed up with Indy in Across the sky.. We have to bear with it for like 10 more eps..…
If boss and Diamond ever decided to do a bl series those two would DEFINITELY have to cast as the main leads....they'd crush the whole enemies to lovers trope. lol
I think Chalarm will come around in the end and end up being friends with Sky.....assuming they don't murder each other first. lol
We thought the CGI tiger was the worst part of the series......nope......it's everything. but hey at least we got an NC scene......that looked about as realistic as the freaking tiger. lol
Well, after today's episode I'm blaming Chimon. I can feel Kanghan's love, but only Sailom's bro vibes.
Krist X Singto X Ohm is one case that they did, but yeah I agree unfortunately GMM is all about profit and Merch.
If GMMTV wants to remain competitive especially in the global BL market then it's just going to be a matter of time before they have to start breaking up some of these working couples that just aren't working. Especially when you have other companies not afraid to mix it up continually and then others scoring a perfect working couple like Offroad and Daou that are really going to start stealing GMM's thunder.
Daou and Offroad proving that friends irl that can bridge the gap and become romantic co-leads together always have the best chemistry together and proving how good a BL series can be when you strip out 99.9% of all the trope BS and just focus on the characters and the story. I don't care if it's a second season of this or another series, etc. but I DEFINITELY want more of these two acting together again.
Phumjai was obnoxiously goofy at times, but Offroad made it the cute kind and not the annoying kind and Daou always had this perfectly subtle Why the f did someone let him have coffee mixed with I love him so much look on his face in all of those scenes which added a whole other level of comedy to it and really helped make it obvious how much Yang was falling for him.
I really want to know how much of their scenes together were actually scripted and how much of it the director just sat back and let them do their thing. They can improvise together so seamlessly and so full of emotion so instantly that it'd be fun to know just how much they did that during the series.
I like how they had Tammy end up writing their story, it gave the whole love triangle thing a fun twist and was a good way to finish off her character.
Overall great series and definitely one going on my re-watch list.
Now time to switch over to Across The Sky and watch Offroad be a total ahole on that series. lol
I laugh at "long term long distance relationship" every time he says it. "Long term" is something proven by time,…
wasn't even that committed considering Jelai was flirting with the new teacher one second and saying the whole long term long distance relationship bs in the next. lol
Well, after today's episode I'm blaming Chimon. I can feel Kanghan's love, but only Sailom's bro vibes.
I think it's all but certain that Ohm X Nanon are completely done as a working couple and honestly don't see Perth X Chimon being kept beyond this series as a working couple either so hey you never know.
Sand X Nick hookup was the best thing out of GMMTV all year
GO TEAM SECOND OPTION!! lol
It only took 9 freaking episodes but Mew actually has some depth deeper than a water drop now and Book actually did a decent job acting in this episode.
Nick just straight up Mortal Kombat "Fatality!" finish him styled Ton in that bathroom scene, and if that wasn't enough I'm pretty sure Cheum is going to go nuclear on his ass when she eventually finds out he screwed Atom.
Now Yo just needs to sober up enough to get her not-so-mechanical bull back and hold on for dear life while it bucks her all night long. lol
So Mr. "I hate people lying to me more than anything in the world" Zeke originally told Fifth that the whole thing between him and Kevin was because Kevin told everyone in school a bunch of private stuff Zeke told him....NOW we find out Zeke lied and the whole thing is because he's hurt that Kevin rejected him!??!?!?!
WTF is this shit script!?!?!?
They spent more episodes last season on freaking OMG CHUKCHUK IS LOST!!!!! than they did this season on the whole blowing up Zeke X Fifth's relationship and now apparently it's magically fixed.
I'm not even going to get into the level of stupid with the whole Jason X Joel X Oliver thing because at this point we've already well established they give zero fucks about anything they've established with the character traits over the past season.
And WTF is with the "OMG WE HAVE TO FIND A WAY TO KEEP JELAI RELEVANT IN THIS SEASON!!!!" Bullshit?!!?!? I mean at least they finally ended the "I'm in a long term long distance relationship" drinking game, even though by this point the vast majority of their audience has died from alcohol poisoning...but seriously to go from that to I'm single, ready to mingle, bend me over my desk and have your way with me but let's take it slow in under 24 hours.
Keep the 4 guys, the boarding house setting, sky's mom, kill off everything else, write a good rom-com script that has nothing to do with this series and finally keep Xion a bazillion miles away from it and you'd actually have a good series.

Ohm and Perth have been friends in real life for years, sometimes actors can use that real friendship and manage to have amazing romantic chemistry together like Offroad and Daou from "Love In Translation" for example. If Ohm and Perth could be comfortable being in a romantic role together then yeah their chemistry would be absolutely amazing. They've both proven time and time again that they can play really multi-layered characters, so getting them both playinng strong, mischevious, romantic, goofy, etc. the whole gambit all in one character together could easily be the best thing out of GMMTV.

You don't desert your brothers and sisters in arms during war and finishing this shit show is definitely a war!!!
LOL :P
You know you'll miss ChukChuk too much if you try to leave......
(yeah nope, I couldn't write it with a straight face either) lol

Dangerous Romance Ep 11 curse for sure!!
The windmill on the title card suddenly has blood dripping down from it!!
