Personally I think Baiboon is just trying to build a rapport with Khom using his concern for Kim and Kamol as a means to an end He starts with questions about them, but then slowly turns it towards questions about Khom.
You're thinking would be an awesome twist though, no one would ever expect sweet innocent Baiboon...
Apparently I'm one of the few that liked this episode.
They've been awkward with each other since day 1, their awkwardness has always been their cuteness, it's fitting that after a year apart they would be awkward together. Asking someone to wait a year is a big ask, of course there would be doubts on if the person still really felt the same. This time we get Yanase being the one who tries to get close and flops / panics so it's a perfect ying-yang to the series.

I'm pretty sure it's Baiboon has a crush on Khom and he knows it and is trying not to encourage it, but at the same time Baiboon is starting to wear him down.
Kohm better be "cooking" something for Baiboon soon because that boy is starving and begging to "eat".....
Sooo let's endanger one of your underlings, his BF, and his BF's nephew because somehow a beach house with those three is more secure than a mansion with a small army of goons.... Kamol you're as bad at this mafia thing as Yoon is at pretending to be a bad boy.
After all the amazingly written series last year and the beginning of this year, what the hell happened? Did the A-list of writers all decide to go on vacation at the same time so they had to bring in the B-list writers??!!
Whelp....at least this episode had some progress in it so I guess that's something.
The writing for this series was all over the place. They wasted so many episodes going around in circles and then in the end dropped that scene of them knowing each other as kids, but then it never went anywhere. Arthid remembered Sun, but there was never any acknowledgement of it or any evidence that Sun remembered him. Why bother waste the screen time if they weren't going to use it to progress the story. This is just one example of them doing that throughout the series. We went from the father saying no boxing match, blah, blah, blah, to bomb boxing match starting and all we get is a couple of second scene with the father hearing Mangkorn confessing....damn it that could have been a great scene to give the father at least some redeeming quality. This whole thing was like they wanted to find a way to fit every one of their actors into the series, but had no idea what to do with them.
What a waste of a beautiful location and some talented actors.
I was really hoping this was going to be a more serious/mature take on the issues covered in the 4 stories, something more akin to what "Call It What You Want" was. This is more half-assing bring up the issues but more in a mockery/overly dramatic fashion as to not piss anyone off. Any hope of a serious dialogue / change in the industry they may have hoped to provoke making a series based on these issues goes right out the window with the format they've chosen.
That said and if you want to look at it purely from a fictional entertainment standpoint, it was a meh middle of the pack watch it and forget it first episode.
Spoken like you read my mind!!! My eye literally starts twitching whenever they cut to the fencers and they are…
I posted this a couple of weeks ago, it explains the whole apple thing.
Okay since everyone seems to still be confused on the whole apple thing...
In episode 1 they revealed that he suffers from Vasoconstriction:
Vasoconstriction is the narrowing (constriction) of blood vessels by small muscles in their walls. When blood vessels constrict, blood flow is slowed or blocked. Vasoconstriction may be slight or severe. It may result from disease, drugs, or psychological conditions.
-----
There are some Vasodilators medications that are used for moderate / severe cases when the typical blood pressure medicines don't provide much help. These however come with a lot of side effects.
The skin of red apples have chemical compounds that act as a Vasodilator without the side effects, works quickly and can work in conjunction with other blood pressure medications.
------
To put it in context that might be easier for people to understand:
It's like someone that has asthma and is on a once daily/weekly medication but still needs to use a rescue inhaler for sudden acute asthma attacks. Sun is most likely on medication for his Vasoconstriction, but still needs the Red Apple skin for the sudden acute attacks. That's why you see him taking bites from around the apple instead of eating the whole thing, the skin is the most important part for him.
I just want to know what kind of heart disease he have 🤔🤔🤔 ... I can not wait for the Phayurain come…
I posted this a couple of weeks ago, explains the reasoning for the apples given his condition.

This is the rollercoaster you go to the amusement park for first thing in the morning and ride it until close, even as you watch your friends drop one by one.

Shin's straightforwardness is finally starting to rub off on Akira
Awww...Shin don't worry, you don't need to go to Tokyo...just stay and play Doctor with Akira.... lol
Well now we finally know what most of us already figured, Shin is 17 going on 18.

Ice and Tee, Candy and Preaw to round it out.
