I just hope that their connection doesn't go back to childhood XD
I agree it would be lame. However, I'm pretty sure that the café is the first meeting. I think that's why we got to see the little glimpse of him on the side.
OK, at the very end of episode nine last week if you pause when she asks for "a watermelon juice please" you can see a guy in glasses next to her. Somebody on this message board mentioned that they saw a picture of LJW wearing glasses from the set… Does anybody know where I can find that photo? I really think this is him in the scene… and it would make sense seeing as he said he's remembered every moment they've been together because she always asks him for money. And she didn't have her wallet because it had just been stolen or lost. Also, this scene took place prior to the concert and at the concert when he took the photo of her and his friend he looked sad as though he recognized her and was sad the friend was also interested in her. Yes I realize this could be a far-fetched theory but I'm sticking with it. Anyway, if anybody knows where I could find that photo that somebody posted please let me know
Oh wow! Love this article and the various shows you suggested. I started with Chinese dramas and then I happened upon “Fall In Love With Me” with Aaron Yan by accident because I thought it was a Chinese drama and then realized it was Taiwanese. And I ended up watching a lot of Taiwanese dramas for a while before going over to Korean dramas. But some of my favorite dramas I love to rewatch are “Someday or One Day”, “Meet me @1006” and of course Fall. I have also watched romance and just you. And I love the final GIF of this article because I love that movie. I was actually interested in watching the movie because the two male leads played the same character but in different productions of the same story.
I still don’t get why ppl keep saying Jo Bo Ah acting is bad cuz I found her acting really good
I think she's doing a great job. I don't necessarily buy the romance between the two of them I'm not feeling the chemistry. But outside of that I think her character is great I think she's doing an awesome job. I'm just not sure why I'm not feeling the vibe romantically.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who picked up on that. The look on his face was definitely one of "I've seen you…
Yes, I suppose that could be true. I was very puzzled by his expression because it didn't really make sense with the information was given so far. It did look like he was very sad or at least in pain in someway. But like I said unless there is another hidden moment where they met I'm not entirely sure why he would have it look on his face. But since the show seems to like it's crazy reveals I suppose we'll find out soon enough.
I have a feeling that jun and rara meeting at the piano ceremony was not their first meeting. I think the writer…
I'm glad I'm not the only one who picked up on that. The look on his face was definitely one of "I've seen you before, I think you're cute, but my best friend likes you too". But clearly RaRa doesn't recognize him so wherever he saw her it was probably something similar to this.
I’m a relative newcomer to Kdrama’s as I’ve only been watching them for a almost two years. I think my first KDrama was Romance is a Bonus book. I got sucked in because Netflix told me I wanted to watch it. And I’ve never looked back. I do watch dramas from China, Taiwan, and Japan. But my favorites are from Korea. I actually started learning the languages thanks for watching these different shows. And I am actually going to a Korean language school next summer because of these shows and wanting to learn more about the culture. I prefer modern dramas so I dipped my toes and historical dramas and found that I really liked them more than I thought I would.
I love this article! I only know a few of the shows you mentioned. And funny enough I just started watching weightlifting fairy today. I had been thinking about watching it for a while now and just decided to take the plunge. I’ve only watched a little bit of it but so far I like what I see.
It is kind of interesting that they're throwing this whole age twist in there. But I don't really understand why…
I agree it's kind of an interesting route to go for a twist. There really doesn't seem a reason behind doing it. But I'm sure the writer will have one. Unless of course the writer is like other riders who disappointed me recently and just threw it in there for an arbitrary reason. But I'm going to put faith in this writer and think that there will be a good reason for this twist.
Well now the fact that Jun Is hesitant to allow Rara to hug him and he is always making comments like "could you not say that out loud" make more sense with the whole age gap thing. I just figured it was because he was trying to hide his identity in general. Which I think it still is. But also I think that since he is younger than her he probably is trying to keep a line there.
Well, I don't know about others, but I'm one of those unbothered after knowing the fact that Jun is a high schooler.…
It is kind of interesting that they're throwing this whole age twist in there. But I don't really understand why people are freaking out when they don't seem to freak out so much when it's a reversal. When the guy is older than the girl they don't seem all bent out of shape. In fact I just watched another show "the liar and his lover" where he was 24 and she was 19. The same age difference. I didn't to see people up in arms in the comment section about that one. Besides I think I'd be more weirded out if the actor was actually that young in real life which he isn't. I mean yes he is young but he's not that young. Also, now I find it even more hilarious that he keeps refusing the advances of the girl who is actually his age. When I thought he was refusing her because he was older.
Since the producer girl is the FL of the show and LDW is the ML it would make sense for her to be the first love.…
Jung Il Woo is my number one. I also love that Kim Bum has returned. I've only seen him in two really old shows: unstoppable high kick and boys over flowers but I liked him in both.

I like to TKEM as well but I wasn't overly thrilled with it as I am with this one. Granted it's only two episodes in so they could end up disappointing me. And LDW is one of my favorite actors in fact he's number two on my list. He used to be number one but he has been surpassed. And like you I agree this is a puzzle that you need to figure out. Plus I'm really liking but the show has an interesting mix of scary elements and comedic elements. Such as having the witty banter between the brothers while they were beating the heck out of each other or at the dinner.

I met both of them on the message boards for king eternal monarch and we kept sending messages to each other about the shows so now we just do it at the same time we're watching. It's actually a lot of fun commenting as you watch. I suppose it's similar to posting in the feeds but I forget we have feeds on here
