at Ep14: it seems this is the 1st time ML has come out of the villlage he is working as registrar, and wonders who recommended him and brought him to the emporers notice. yet from gu yu to yan feng shan , all seem to be aware of his capability!!!! what capability when did he had opportunity to make them see and fear?- they all met him when he was 10 or lessyears old,so what am i missing? how does they know about his capability when he may not have made any direct confrontation till then?bit confusing- super speed pace , too many plots , places and people.
I'm enjoying immensely but wish pace was a bit slow with more explaination
this is one of the 1st chinese dramas i watched , so so long ago when it 1st released. i really enjoyed it then, rewatched it a few times in the following years.
rewatching it again, am enjoying the series in a different way, am enhoying performancdes of actors i thought irritating...and yea, there are parts am finding them very cringy now.. but still

the 1st time i watched this series thats what i thought , Erxi is irritating. rewatching after years, i realise the actress is so cute , pixie like.. and her expressions are very cute too.. yea , she adds some spice to the series through her actions..
yea, ZS looks stiff, She looks fine in most portions, though she looked very thin and malnourished in some parts, very very thin//wonder what was going on with her then
Ep9: i can understand if no one recognises crown prince in that village, but why aint the royal guards recognising in the palace.. also, for all the smartness female lead shows , csnt she make out his looks , smooth hands, language , posture , way he carries himself indicate a noble upbringing , for she herself come from such a background..she calls everyone idiot or fool. But not able to figure ML background is unusual..

Thai dramas hit you different when compared to C/K/T/J dramas , either you absolutely love , or hate them... ..the language was something that took me some time to get used to , and , the dramas can come across as very over the top, and sometimes extreme, without dumbing down or sugar coating uncomfortable themes.., but once you look past all that, it can be very enjoyable..

Ofcourse! Mark is one of my fav thai actors, but these dramas are genuinely brilliant. I find it difficult to get into genre of thai dramas, but these are so nice. You will fall in love with everu character in the dramas, not just main leads, even side characters are adorable.
ep2 : why would the PM had to make a coup? isnt he already the most powerful one in the kingdom, making decisions for the kingdom ?? who is there to challenge him?
I understand why paik saeon disappeared ,as punishment , but going to that war zone is bit too much. Writers should have handled it differently.. it must have shocked him immensely that his father is responsible for so much loss in her life, and her familys ..so he must have wanted to beat himself , punish himself.. but bringing in such a wierd war zone arc out of blue to demonstrate how he punished himself is bit too much.. i guess this part is tge reason people downrated it a bit ..but loved it so much more the 2nd round watching.
The last episode was so dumb it single handedly lowered my rating. It started interestingly, but was very predictable…
true .. it started so well, was great mostly ..only ending was a bit let down ..still i enjoyed every bit of it the 1st round , eagerly waiting every week for new episode release.. now watching it 2nd time..
ep1: she got the cut on right side of her neck when the intruder wields his knife to stab the back side of her car sear. but when she was tending to it later the cut is shown as being on her left side...

everyone other than FL and ML forgot the time travel story... though others have forgotten but he remembered that he married into Shen family and also ML was around when FL's brother disclosed PeiFei was the ancestor , so sonce he adopted the Peifei's child and he himself is a Shen now (privately) , publicly maybe still Cui (he is a Shen since he had a matrilocal marriage with FL) he raised the child as Shen-- since he knew timetravel story and that every trace of FL's family time travel got removed , he may have made it a point to redraw the portrait of himself and FL, pass down the story via that child he raised since he knows the story is key for their timetravel, so he set the story in motion in his timeline for FL's journey into past....thats how i read it

someone posted a theory many days back, must be buried in the below comments - that , pei fei and princess had a child who couldnt be raised by themselves (maybe they couldnt marry or what ever reason!)- that child was raised by ML.. since he married into Shen family , he probably raised the child as Shen surnamed, if that is true , they should nt have removed memory of Shens family from time travel - and should have explained this bit in the past time line atleast as a voice over - that ML though he lost FL he was still happy to have raised her ancestor who he knows will give birth to Shen lineage leading up to FL and then she will return back to him , in that time loop.... this is how it should have ended the past timeline instead of showing him as a old sad grandpa suffering his entire life having lost love of his life....and current timeline should have ended the way it is , with ML's rebirth.. that would have explained everything ,plugged all loopholes ,and satisfied curious viewers like us
Ep4 : i still didnt understand why his target is Dr Sun and not Iee Jea Hwan,,, Didnt Lee Jae Hwan cause the accident that killed the 2 people about whom ML cared a lot esp the pregnant lady.. isnt the hospital responsible for his mothers death.. so why Dr Sun and not the Lee and his hospital responsible? At the end of ep4 itseems he didnt make sufficient preparations if he could be outwitted so easily....
Can you plz tell me whether the ml also has time travelled or not?
Its kind of reincarnation, not time travel! He also experiences the events FL experiences (as time travel) but as a dream and recognises her as his love/wife..and comes in search of her.. thag gives away the ending twist 🤦♀️😂😂
Hmm.okie....finished the last 5 episodes.. few things.finallh... when it was revealed pei fei is their ancestor.. i was wondering why the family didnt put more effort to bring princess and pei together ,fast...like someone said, the proof if family timetraveled or not is , their changed skill set and increased cohesion of the family..
