agree.....actually i like both pairings.. in original K drama version - they got IU apposite LSK..more like beauty / beast combo...here ..the male lead is a heartthrob (more like ex heart throb) and the girl is very raw , not sweet faced ..... IU has more polished aura, FL in this version doesnt look as polished ... both pairings worked/working for me...

I hope his countrymen learnt to be more kind and compassionate towards their celebrities after this incident or hopefully dont attack and bully them to their death ... really gutwrenching reading about him.. unnecessary death caused by callous people.. did anyone apologise for this incident?

oh wow... i didnt realise this is a remake of Mr. Mister... i enjoyed that series very much... and am liking this one a lot, as well...dont care for romance much, this is a different kind of love story ..
ep7: i wonder why she stood like a guilty party when he questioned her! esp when asked if she would defend him if he werent an idol... she should have said why she became his fan... and her own personal story... since both are very deeply connected to her surviving that day when she wanted to take her life , and she survived that day because of his encouragement .. also given her own experience with her fathers case,,she would have still defended ...i dont think she sees law profession as money making machine or ladder to power ,.. she sees it as justice tool, that she wants to bring to people and she is a medium towards it,,, its her way of bringing justice to herself and others by fighting a murky judicial machine, albeight her contribution may be as small as a drop in an ocean...
Also, she comes across as a rational person..., and she is too old to be a teenager kind of fan.(which she is!!). ..i dont think she would have become his (big) fan , if not for his help. .(he caught her attention due to his kindness to her at her lowest! and followed his career since he is a nobody).... her best defence for herself is talking about herself.... i understand her privacy reasons, but he is the guy who is responsible for her being alive .....and making something of herself.... and this is her opportunity to return back the courtesy to save him , even if it means talking personal things to win back his confidence

I had intended to watch just 15 mins to see if it is any good, am pleasantly surprised to find it really good, so FAR! .
I like the female lead, but male lead , i wasnt so sure .. 1st time watching him in a series... .. i didnt find him that impressive at first, i also thought he is a bit ugly ... okay, not ugly...but he gradually grows on you... after completing 2nd episodes, i founf him more than good......
it was good to see elder brother is still alive , and ruling as emperor! Also, good enough to offer to share power with younger brother, which he refused as he should, he doesnt qualify to be a co-king , page boy - yes , king -No...

the ending is hinting at a season 2, who is the man in the cellar and what is the cen pickles cooking with him.... am always suspicious of cen pickles loyalty..thouugh he helped eliminate tiemo king...

The Rational life has been one of my fav dramas! I really loved Qin Lan and Dylan wang in that series (infact this was 1st series i actually enjoyed Dylan wangs acting !)... Great to see it remade with PMY , i like her a lot too , ....will wait for the series, and hope they dont merely copy but add their own flavor and make it better

(we dont know what actually went on then, and sequence of events - was she cheating before or during their relationship or cheated when she saw he wasnt owing up to their relationship and acting up for a reaction , which he obviously wasnt giving her - hence she burst out in the way she did - throwing all hurt in his direction , said things she shouldnt have said or wouldnt have said if she had sanity intact)
seeing the lack of positive relationship with her family , it looks like she is acting up with them as well. she seems like someone who has seen a lot of hurt in her childhood and main lead may have been only one who was kind/good to her.. and hence almost obsessive level attachment to him. .. in the past at young age she didnt had power to act in any way she can for the relationship , she probably thinks (or has more power!) she has better chances of protecting their love now. Unfortunately , he moved on

ML signed an unfair contract to protect her in the past., and continuing to protect her even now. He is not hoping to get together with her but he still cares about her well being. In her mind, they are still together. But he had moved on, which her brain hasnt accepted yet
"you pick your target from the start" .. it sounds so chilly when a supposed leading light of prosecution says that! someone is delibrately setting a target on ML's back and wants him in jail. truth be damned!
i suspect ex - girl is definitely tied to the case , her family is in al probability behind the case! t to separate them , or more like punish him for daring to look at their daughter and have a relationship!. am curious what happened in the past.... and means used to separate them
