I don't see a reason why FL's action were not justified. It didn't come out of "nowhere". That man abused her physically, but people kept quiet, and now when FL finally raises her hand and defends herself against years long abuse we are framing her and trying to create abuser persona for her???? I was freaking bullied at school and was punched, kicked, slapped and etc. so one day I was like enough is enough and fought back, so does that make me an abuser as well? I call it self defense.

As I said above, it depends on the company if they will do something about it, or not, because it is a personal matter between two individuals and by LAW they have almost zero say in it. Did FL ruin the reputation of the company? No, meaning there is no reason to fire her. You are going on and on about abuse and I keep repeating that if Min Hwan had an issue with it, he would be pressing charges. Company or other individual would not be allowed to press charges on Min Hwan's (victims) behalf.

Why was Min Hwan let go? Ruining the reputation of the company by the allergy scandal, same with Su Min.

You are trying very hard to say these two incidents are the same and are not treated the same way, but they are completely different. Min Hwan's case affects company, FL's action affect ONLY Min Hwan, who is an adult and could press charges if he wished to.
