Personally I think there wont be a revenge, because she will realize that Yi In has same goal as her, to put Grand Prince on the throne.

I also understand where she is coming from. I never once said she should ignore her traumatic experience, but with that being said, having a trauma and dealing with deep stuff gives person 0 right to hurt other people. I said it once and I am going to say it again, if someone has such deep issues like Ji Won it is better to stay away from romantic relationships. Yes, there are some type of traumatic experiences that have to be overcome first before getting into relationship. With her selfishness - with her wanting to be in a relationship, without knowing how to properly be in one - she hurt Ji Hyeok. No man or woman should be on the verge of death for the other to realize, "oh, they indeed love me, so I can trust them".

The ost sung by Deng Lun is major giveaway that those two fancied each other :) It's a lovesong.

For better understanding of this drama I want to share an info which might affect your views on certain characters.

As some might know, Joseon was popular for it's Neo-Confucianism and Confucianism, but to what extent?

The answer is simple, but deep; the Joseon society was basicaly ruled by samgang and oryun, which were the top teachings which the whole kingdom of Joseon was built on.
Samgang tells us, that people should be loyal to king, they should be filial and that there is a difference between men and women.

ALL three principles were broken by main protagonists, mainly FL and 2ML.

Oryun teaches us righteousness and justice, warmth between parents and their children, differentiation between men and women, order between seniors and juniors and trust between friends.

I do believe that this drama was truly made on foundations of samgang and oryun, that's why some people might be having issues with characters.

The revenge plot didn't happen yet, though.

- FL breaks up with ML because ex-fiancee of ML appeared, even when she said she is an ex-fiancee and they ended their arrangement.
- FL's team leader at work gets cancer diagnosis and FL and ML help her find a good doctor
- The marriage of Su Min and Min Hwan is slowly going down the drain with Su Min having fake miscarriage and Min Hwan having money problems (as always)
- No scenes with Eun Ho and Hui
- Su Min learns that Ji Hyeok is heir of the company and realizes that the ''trash'' FL was talking about was Min Hwan thus she starts to plot things against FL
- FL's mother is back on Su Min's order, only to demand FL to pay her 10 mil. won which FL refuses and bids her mother goodbye
- FL and ML get into car accident and episode ends

For people who want to skip EP12 and go straight to next episodes, below is a short summary of what happened in EP12.

Not enough time to wrap things up and now we gotta wait for some miracle so they drop season 2.

Honestly, I like retrospective storytelling, but this wasn't quite that? It kept going back and fort and in the beginning episodes I didn't mind it, I found it unique, but in later episodes it did bother me and took it's toll on my enjoyment.

Don't get me wrong, the story is unique and amazing, but the way the scenes were put together wasn't for me.

That's the thing.
They did speak together and Ji Won still decided to say such shitty lines as she did and "move on".

More than sudden appearance of ex-fiancee I dislike Ji Won's sudden change far more...

Ji Won in this episode simply made 0 sense in terms of her relationship with Ji Hyeok.
Writers did her dirty and I am going to dislike them for this for a long time.

No, I want her to listen to people when they say who they are.
Ex-fiancee said she is ex-fiancee.
Ji Hyeok explained everything.
Hui also explained everything.
Sorry, but if you have such huge trust issues, you gotta solve your trauma first before getting into relationship, where you can't trust the other party and as she said, fully commit to it.
I am not saying she should pretend her trauma doesn't exist, but because she didn't solve her own emotions and jumped right onto Ji Hyeok she is hurting him.
If you feel you are not emotionally ready for a relationship, don't do it, otherwise the other person is going to get hurt.
