If you skip too many scenes you won't know what's going on and stop caring about the characters. I didn't start watching it yet, so I don't know about this drama, but I say it based on my own experience. I often use the skip button when I don't have enough patience to watch some scenes, but then the plot makes me more confused and I start to loose the enjoy of watching drama. So I guess we need to be patient to watch it and enjoy it. I recommend watching boring scenes on a higher speed (like 2.0) instead of skipping them.

I wonder if I should watch this one. It has such a high rating but the plot seems average, even boring and the trailer is just like so. What did make you fall in love with this drama? What makes it so special?

This drama is so happy and fluffy that sometimes I can't take so many positive emotions :D Hahah, I'm currently watching ep 21 and enjoying it very much. It should be longer :) Such a nice, warm drama :)

I finished it and I really like it. It was an interesting story from the ep 1 till the last. Packed with action, politics, twisted relationships. It was sometimes enjoyable, sometimes disappointing, but it kept me interesting which rarely happens with such long dramas. I like most cast, but not Tiffany Tang. She is too stiff in my opinion. I don't understand why people drop it. If you want to start watching this drama, the don't have expectation to see any beautiful romance. There is no chemistry between the main leads. Watch it if you want action (some battles), power struggle, politics and beautiful costumes. 8/10 from me :)

I'm disappointed. Where are the wolves? :( In the ep 2nd or 3rd (can't remember) we saw Prince Bo with the wolves (like they would live together). But it was only a single scene. I'm currently watching ep 10 and were are the wolves? We never see them anymore :(

I often get bored with a drama when it is getting closer to the final episodes, but this drama only gets better and better, and the last episodes were my favourite! ^^ Beautiful story... I wish there more episodes. Amazing. It will be hard to find such a deep, touching drama again. Beautiful bond between the main leads - SXR is such a beast :D Loyal, brave, honest... like an animal ;)

Does Viki release 10 eps per week? I see their airing schedule is like 2 eps per Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday! O_O Wow!

I'm slowly getting closer to the ending of this drama and I already know I will miss it. This is not a regular chinese drama that we are used to watching. It is a mature, beautiful story about life struggles, loyalty, traditions... Very deep. This is an evidence that China can make a high quality drama with goos acting, good story, good OST... everything is well-balanced and just perfect. This is not a romance, not comedy, not a political stuff... more like slice of life, melancholy drama. It is a very well done production. Amazing job, China :) Such a shame it's not as popular as it deserves to be, but people enjoy more dramas with romances, comedies, etc.

Why would they do that? It shouldn't be censored. There are so many fantasy dramas that did so well. Just don't see the point here.

I didn't wanted to start watching it yet, but couldn't stop myself... I've just pressed the play button for the first episode and... OMG, the OST!! O_O Wowowow! The opening is super refreshing with the rap in the background! I'm in love! :)
