I'm honestly finding it hard to take your advice cos these comments are really negative. its as if the show is…
99% of the negative comments are about the fact that it's not a typical cutesy romcom. Most romcom lovers don't like real-life dramas about real people and complex stories. Not sure why they thought it was another typical romcom when the trailer already spoiled the dark turn.

There’s someone in this comment section suggesting people who suffer from mental health issues should just skip…
"Can they listen, absolutely. However, their suggestions could harm you as again, they are likely not qualified to understand what it takes to treat you."

Just because someone has a PhD and is listening to your problems for money, doesn't mean they can do a better job than people around you. They might be more qualified on paper, but their "suggestions" can harm you as well. Not to mention, they don't know you at all. So, how can a doctor help you if they don't know you and care about you? If they care about their patients they should work for free, not just prescribe medicine. That's the opposite of help, actually.

As long as you are a female and has some kind of “mental illness” all your wrongdoings can be dismissed because…
What are you even talking about? She didn't do anything wrong. Why are you acting as if she commited a crime? And she IS a victim.

You completely misunderstood the story, so I'm not surprised by your review.

If you can't figure out what genre they were aiming for, you should stop watching shows and movies in general I think. That's the most basic thing. I don't even want to talk about the rest.

I think that part is pretty obvious, because there was only one person there.😅
Looks like I don't have to, because @Bluescenery explained it pretty well down below. 😅

I don't care if PSH has to play a girl in her 20s, because she eats this role up like nothing. It's funny, intriguing, and if you lived in the 90s like me, and love complex stories, this drama is for you.

Sometimes it's cringe, but in a funny way, and it's cringe on purpose unlike many dramas.

I’m gonna need someone to explain it to me like ABC what Ho Jin meant on ep 6 when he said he was ready to cross…

That's not what happened. Even if you have "Psychology degree", let's say we believe you, doesn't mean…
What happened in that scene has nothing to do with her closing her eyes. She was stressed out. Personalities usually change after a shock or when they wake up just like what happened on the plane when she kissed him. Just because she closed her eyes doesn't mean that's how she can change her alters. The scene was meant to show the viewers she wanted to force Dorami out, but technically she came out because she was struggling not because she closed her eyes.

I get that the scene didn't explain it properly, but if I understood it, everyone can.

Just because you step on the gas pedal harder the car won't accelerate faster. The same logic can be used for the scene you're talking about.

"- I did, girl where is your reading comprehension cause I literally said that I have one, + with Cum Laude honors. wheres your credentials that you have the audacity to talk about DID lol"

First of all, I'm not a girl. Secondly, how did you finish it if you can't understand sarcasm? Not to mention, you're talking like a dumbass teen.

I don't have a degree in this, but I know people with DID, and the only thing the so called experts do is prescribe medicine that doesn't help, other than making the patient even more depressed.

"THEY DIDNT EVEN DIAGNOSED PROPERLY IN THE SHOW, COULD BE DELUSIONAL DISORDER, MULTIPLE PERSONALITY, DISSOCIATIVE IDENTITY DISORDER. THE KDRAMA TREATED IT AS A PLOT DEVICE FANTASY"

Here we go again, you didn't pay attention to the details. Someone already mentioned this, I won't tell you again. You're saying you have a degree yet you don't know what DID means. I'm not a doctor, yet I still understood her problem. Wonder why someone with a degree can't.

"Psychology is an art and a science which translates to therapy and medication. BOTH IS NEEDED. Which Muhee didnt even bother to go and the show didnt properly show that shes working towards her RECOVERY (MEDICINE) AND SHE SAID THAT IT MIRACULOUSLY "DISAPPEAR" LOLLLL (WHICH SHE SAID IN THE END OF EP 12)"

What a load of nonsense. Do you know what the point of therapy is? People are paying a lot of money for someone to listen to their problems, even tho they could talk about it to their relatives or friends for free. So, let's not call this ART. It's not even real science. A therapist just sits in a chair and listens. That's all.

You proved my point again. She didn't miraculously cure herself. She hid her past to defend herself. She had no one to talk to, and even her family lied to her and hated her. She was confused about her past all along because they lied to her. She was struggling with DID since she was a kid. Just because she never talked to a doctor, doesn't mean she couldn't be cured without one. ML did something that a doctor would never do. He helped her move on and trust in someone. An actual doctor would never care about this.

"Idk why you're defending POOR REPRESENTATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL DISORDER IN A BIG KDRAMA SERIES. Its NOT SOMETHING YOU SHOULD ROMANTICIZE EW"

Do you know everyone with DID? If not, please stop talking. Every time a show includes some disability or mental disorder, many people act like they know everything and these things can be portrayed only one way. No one is romanticizing anything. You just need to use your brain to understand that everyone is different. Just because someone has DID or any other problems, doesn't mean they're all the same. Everyone is different even if they have DID, ADHD, ASD etc.

For example, I'm diagnosed with epilepsy, but I don't have the same symptoms as other people. I don't have seizures if I take my medicine but many people still have them even if they take their medicine.

Now, if you still can't understand, don't waste my time please.

i personally believe that a "romcom" that has only romance and comedy to offer, isn't satisfying. watching…
Totally agree, and this shouldn't be surprising because most Kdrama and Korean movies in general have multiple genres. So, I don't get why people are confused.

I have many faves kiddo, not sure what you're talking about. Maybe educate yourself first before you want to argue…
The only problem here is you. My ratings and opinion have nothing to do with her or other actors. Pull your head out of your ass and start thinking like a normal human being and not as a toxic fangirl.

someone add drama to list of genre 😂😂😂
I added Drama and Psychological, let's hope MDL will change it, because I'm done saying the same thing for people who expect a cute romcom. 😂

Its badly written...badly edited and the so called "fans" need to stop insulting people's intelligence…
I think you misunderstood something here. Just because I indurstood the story properly doesn't mean I'm a blindfolded fanboy. You can read my reviews. I rated many shows from my fave actors because of the bad writing.

I'm literally one of the few people here whos MAIN focus is the story, not the romance and kissing scenes or the chemistry.

If you don't like the drama why are you arguing with people and writing the same thing? Aren't you a bit obsessed?

Thanks for proving my point btw.

DID in a rom com is already a facepalm. Blame promotion department for promoting it as a romcom.
Again, it's not their fault if someone is ignorant. Just because a short trailer shows you something, doesn't mean that's the whole story.

Every label on Netflix is true btw. The show is charming, swwen-worthy and emotional. Maybe don't watch trailers anymore and you won't expect anyhting.

Lastly, if you watch the longer trailer, and pay attention, it's pretty easy to understand that this drama has a dark tone as well. Just like I said, most people don't pay attention and only see what they want to see. So, it's not the PR team's fault.

at first i love it but then miss girl had a whole DISORDER, Delusional Disorder or Multiple Personality Disorder…
That's not what happened. Even if you have "Psychology degree", let's say we believe you, doesn't mean you know everything about this disorder.

Maybe if you pay attention to the details, you'd realize, her personality didn't change, because she closed her eyes. People with DID usually changes "alters" when something happened to them. It's literally a SELF-DEFENSE mechanism. Did you actually finished your "Psychology degree"? If not, don't use it to validate your argument.

Also, it's a common misconception that people need doctors for healing. The so called experts are not much of a help, especially when it comes to DID. All they can do is give some medication.

If something is badly written I would be the first person who says it. You can see my faveorite actors list, and how low I rate some of their work because of the writing. This drama is well-written.

I question the intelligence of some people (if the shoe fits it's not my fault or my problem, btw) because they can't understand the most basic things. Even if it's spelled out. Just so you know, I'm a film editor, and a sound engineer and I didn't find any problem with the editing.

I don't have to defend anyone, because it's a known fact that so many Kdrama fans can't comprihend a story if it's a bit more complex than a typical romcom.

Compare this drama to others like "Dynamite Kiss", "When the Phone Rings", "Would you marry me", "Love Next Door" or "Lovely Runner". Now those are the ones with poor writing. And the funny things is, my faves are included in these shows as well.

Why should I blame the PR team when this is a romcom and people expecting the same old cutesy romcom? You can literally see the tags under the description. It's not their fault if someone is ignorant.

Just because I'm a fan doesn't mean I have to be a blindfolded idiot and rate everything 10/10 just because my fave actor is in it. I'm not sorry for having higher standards than the typical Kdrama fans who only want cutesy and childish romance without any properly written stories.

I think you're the one who has a bipolar personality.

episode 6 already and still the FL keeps chasing ML like no dignity? For real? Please we are living in 2026 and…
There's a reason why she's doing that, and it's not like ML doesn't do the same. That's the main reason she's keep "following" him. The drama is very realistic in may ways.

So, now people say Hojin and Muhui talking too much? Seriously what the hell? #facepalm

This is why I said, you have to pay attention to the details. This is not your typical cutesy romcom. Why is it so hard for so many people to pay attention? Just because this is labeled as a "Comedy" and "Romance" on MDL doesn't mean it's nothing more than that. This is a Kdrama, if you watched more than 1 you should know pretty much every Kdrama have multiple genres not just two.

There's a reason they're talking about the same thing many times. Even the english title says it all. The ML's uncle or whoever was that literally said, everyone using their own language and you have to pay attention to understand them.

That's the whole point of the show. It's realistic because in real life people talking about the same things over and over again, and many reletionships (not just romantic) failing because people don't listen and understand each other.

I honestly think MDL should put a massive RED WARNING SIGN in every romcom that has a darker element or more mature and complex than typical romcoms.

People watching it on 2x speed and skipping scenes, and proceed to blame the writers and even the editors, because they can't comprihend what's happening. MADNESS!
