"Twelve" review after 2 episodes!

In short: Don't read comments!

Why? Because this is another example of fans being clueless, and kind of toxic if the writer doesn't spell out everything for them, they call it boring, and most of them only watch this because of their favorite puppy boys anyway.

After the first 2 episodes, this was pretty good, not the best, but they did everything they had to. This is an old-school action series with supernatural powers. The fight scenes are realistic when they don't use powers. The camera work isn't the best, but not that bad either. I've seen MUCH, MUCH worse in other Korean shows.

If you want to know everything in the first episode, you're gonna dislike it, because as I said, they don't spell out everything, and you have to pay attention to understand everything! People used to the opposite.

My only complaint is that 8 episodes might be not enough, but the chemistry between the actors are great, the humor is good, and it's not over the top.

I'm not surprised, most Kdrama lovers want to sacrifice everything for a nice happy ending and romance.😂 I watch Korean shows/movies for over 20 years, I've seen it all, a cute romance and happy ending can't fool me anymore.😅

I don't want another Moon Lovers. I liked the show, but it had so many problems, and not because of the ending tbf.

Honestly, I don't think we can say if she leaves her family behind, it's a happy ending. It's one thing to live with your partner in the same time period and meeting with your parents sometimes, but living in the past while they don't know what's going on with you is just cruel.

People love it, because it's not a fantasy, it's a real life story with real people who they can relate to. It has many sad but also fun parts as well just like real life. Not to mention the amazing acting, directing, writing and OST.

I don't really care about Happy Endings if the show is well-written, but not sure how can they end it like that. She can't just stay in the past, she has a family in the future, and he can't travel to the future. So, if it's a Happy Ending, I think they might end up together in the future when he reincarnates, or they can just ravel time any time with the book.

I have to say, comedy suits Yoona, she was great, probably her best role I've seen. It was funny but not over the top. It had some weird moments, but overall it's pretty good so far.

Yes, I don't care about the age gap, it's only 10 years and if you don't do research it's not even apparent, because Yoona looks younger than she is.

Not sure about the original actor Park Sung Hoon, but Lee Chae Min did a good job so far. He's charismatic and funny. They have good chemistry with Yoona. I just feel like, the comedy element will be forgotten over time now that she knows he's the King.

I hope they won't mess up the time traveling plot, because I can't stand when writers use it, but can't follow their own rules. E.G.: Lovely Runner.

Time loop means, characters have to relive the same thing, this is just a simple time traveling plot, but I have a feeling that the book was written by the king. They will obv fall in love, and this is how she can travel back.

I don't defend anything, I didn't even watch the first 2 episodes yet. I'm only saying comparing to Mr. Queen (not you, Kaye) is ridiculous. Calling this a "REMAKE" it means she's a dumbass. Saying, they have similar plots is okay.

I'm sure there are other shows with the same plot. I would be surprised if Mr. Queen did that first.😅

People only think like this because most Kdrama is overrated on AKP, almost as much as on VIKI. 95% of shows have 9/10 ratings on VIKI. People only give lower score than 7 if it's a slower paced show, or it's more complex, or have adult scenes.

I watched so many Kdrama with 9+ ratings and most were bang average at best. Just a typical cliché romcom or just boring and badly written.

How can this be the same plot when only the time-traveling aspect is similar, and there are 100s of dramas with the same plot. Moon Lovers or Lovely Runner, for example. Mr. Queen wasn't just time traveling, it was gender swap too, also, quite boring as well.

First: 7.2 means above average.
Second: Only the first episode is out, so there's no point relying on the score. To be honest, the first thing everyone should do is ignore the rating. I watched multiple shows with lower rating than 6/10 and I still liked it.

They had 20 episodes and still couldn't finish it properly. They tried to be so poetic, but it was dragged, overdramatic and overcomplicated for no reason.

Not to mention, glorying murder is insane! The directing and cinematography was next level bad, my eyes hurt from the shaky camera.

You do realize that you couldn't watch anything if people like us don't pay for it, right? People actually pay for streaming and uploaded it on warez sites for you guys.

Exactly. People tend to use their own perspective and views on everything, but it's not that simple. Everyone is different, even if they have the same illness or mental problems. I've seen so many people saying shows with characters with ASD aren't portrayed well, because they're either genius or behind everyone else, so to speak. And that's kinda true, but that doesn't mean it's not accurate, because not everyone with ASD is the same, just like not everyone with depression or anxiety are the same.
