You're most welcome. There were quite a lot of changes novel vs donghua/drama in this portion. In the novel the story was quite brief, but the donghua/drama added a lot of back stories. Also in the novel when NGW came to rescue HL and were badly injured, Xuan'er was already totally submitted to the demon sect and her father, and she was trying to stop HL from taking NGW. In the donghua/drama, it was changed to Xuan'er helping HL escape.
