Correct, one of the major mindfucks for Vee, is that he feels he has no right to express a lot to Mark being as…
Wise words :p, and we know Mark doesn't need the bag for sure! But I am also glad they made a lot of those little changes, makes us just enough not to kill them both out of frustration and to support their relationship. And I am for one really glad that the series I was anticipating a lot for, is proving itself it was worth the wait. The acting and production is so much better, I like the change they bring. More pro!

I don't remember since it's been a long while i've read the novel, but was ploy's accident part of the novel?…
It was not, they made it to give it a better flow here and more reason and understanding to why things happened. Because the series is lengthy, they made more content that differs from the books. Mostly in a good way.

In the books he does rape Mark to teach him a lesson, but they luckily changed that content to drunk sex. Therefore they altered the meaning, that is true. In the series it is just drunk sex, especially for Mark. We know Vee was probably still enough sober to know, but did it anyways. Probably still to teach him a lesson, but perhaps also lust in the heat of the moment. They however both did not have emotions yet for one another. That happens when they grow closer when Bar and Gun have their relation made publicaly known in the Moon contest. At that time Mark takes is hard and becomes really down. Vee out of guilt for what happened before resolves to taking care for Mark in his darkest time. They both start to feel something for the other because of that.

:p haha well in a way the book does bring it that way after their first encounter when Vee did something bad to Mark out of teaching the latter a lesson. When Gun openly declares his love to Bar and they end up together, Mark is going really bad rather fast (drinking, isolation, hooking up randomly), and by chance Vee ends up being there to 'help :p' Mark with what he needs when Mark brings home a boy to have fun with. Vee being jealous and worried doesn't want that, sends the boy home and ends up doing it again with Mark (their second time), after which Mark starts being cared for by Vee (first out of guilt and worries, later for feelings), which makes Mark fall all over Vee for being there in his darkest time.

We also get that the looks of Vee help a lot :p, Mark really has the hots for his looks and body :p...

Y'all are a bit merciless - why wouldn't we have sympathy for Vee? He made one mistake while drunk and being mauled…
Correct, one of the major mindfucks for Vee, is that he feels he has no right to express a lot to Mark being as he is still bounded by Ploy in a relationship, no matter how bad it was, but this will change a lot when Ploy decided to walk away from Vee (the break thing) that makes him feel like he can analyse his feelings more in depth being with the person he trully feels good about, being Mark. That clears his head up and made him, albeit not always expressing it, already choose Mark as a partner.

The fact that Vee made a mistake with Mark not out of love, but teaching Mark a lesson, also differs from the reason Ploy cheated, which was out of love/feelings for Ton. That is why Vee takes it a bit harder as he could understand if she made a mistake like him as well, but not with feelings. While Vee grows feelings for Mark, we must remember they were not there intially. They happened, just like Mark had no feelings for Vee as well, but they also just happened.

does any difference between this drama adaptation called love mechanics and the adaptation called en of love:…
The 'En of love series: love mechanics' was a part of the project 'En of love series' in which each main couple got a set part of episodes to tell their story. Because of the success of their part and chemistry, Yin/War got a whole new remake from their original story.

Originaly the story of Vee/Mark has 2 books, on which the first book will follow this series. Since they made this adaptation, it differs slightly from the original series and books (as so often needs to be done to bring forth lengthy episodes), it will however still remain much the same in major plot points.

This is going fast. They can end the series in next 2 episodes max. Why are there 5 more episodes? It's 4th episode…
They can make the beachplot into 2 episodes with either ending it or starting a new episode with the breaking up between Ploy and Vee. Afterwards we can expect perhaps as much as 2 episodes of grief, drama and pain. To make it end around episode 9 when the friends try and get them back together. Episode 10 will mostly be a happy episode to end things nicely.

If they want/could, they even have a full book 2 to start with if they liked, but doubt it.

Nah, we will probably get 2 episodes beach-plot or so, than an intermezzo with the breaking up in 7, while 8 and 9 will be drama and hell, for 10 to end nicely. That is in outline the bookplot so they will keep it probably with 10 episodes like that. Give or take an episode forth and back. (They could also include parts of book 2 as well, but doubt it).

In the books they made a different narrative, but the series will likely more focus on a more progressive plot…
Hmm in the series she only feels guilt (bit like Vee did for Mark) because after Vee knows it all, he still cares for her. We see this with the messages she deletes while she fakes sleeping when Vee got up. She is still in contact with Ton, the asking for a break to set her feelings right is also just an excuse to try and give Ton another chance. For this she constantly says 'sorry' towards Vee. The book makes it more explicit tho, there it is just to take a break and see where she gets with Ton in a way.

So to make it simple: Vee slept with Mark out of teaching Mark a lesson to leave Bar alone, while he still loved Ploy (= he sees is as a mistake) VS Ploy slept with Ton because she has feelings for him (= not a mistake, she did it out of love).

That is why Vee takes it a bit of hard on 'his girlfriend' cheated on him. A mistake he could forgive for he did it as well, but it was not a mistake for Ploy, not in feelingswise anyways. Vee only got feelings afterwards with Mark. Mark also has his own story and mistakes later on as well, that is why they both are imperfect people who fall imperfectly in love.

You are correct, it is the notorious goodbye kiss that Ploy asked from Vee, and he stupidly agreed to. Ploy does not get back with Vee, as Vee is no longer in love with her.

Sadly Mark gets dragged to said bar to drink something, and sees only the kissing part, which he misinterpreted as they got back together.

We see Mark really trying to get over Vee and not give him a chance anymore, he also takes it really badly and even escapes to his parents. So Mark is in a dark place. Vee will also have it tough as it was now open to all that he left Ploy to be with Mark that rejected him. He will also go through his own hell because of it.

Since they both are not getting better, but worse even... Their friends just can't take it anymore, and plot to get them back together through an event. That works in the end, but with a little twist only :p. To make it more dramatic and doing what they do best, get the jealously to boiling point...

What's a series without cliché right xD, like hook of the heart monitor or something and USB-load the phone :p...

Guys just a question, there is a cut, uncut version of Love Mechanics?
YinWar (Vee/Mark) complained as well as the fans that the first episodes had some sloppy parts in regards to the progression of the story (like here and there it seems to skip rather oddly). The actors comfirmed it was not like this, but because of cuts made. Therefore, episode 4 and onwards will be the full episodes, without weird cuts.

They will also be re-releasing the first 3 episodes weekly (8 - 15 - 22july) for the full episode, without the weird cuts in between. So expect better flow and more content to make it better! (just sucks they do it weekly, not just at once).

lol they are both are in the wrong. Justice what for Ploy, she cheated too.
Or we could try and see them both as being in a relationship that made them drift apart also.

The difference the books tries to bring is that Vee did not actively cheat on Ploy in the sense of 'out of love', but instead did it to teach Mark a lesson to stay clear from his friend Bar. This did however resulted in guilt towards Mark and taking care for him, while they both fall in love. They had no love at their start, it came to be like that.

Ploy however does do all of this out of love for Ton, the book and series differ about it a bit, but she knowingly did it because she has feelings for Ton. That is also why Vee takes it bad that 'his girlfriend' cheated on him. It was out of love for another, not a mistake. If it was a mistake, he could forgive her, as he also made a mistake, but while doing that, he still had love for her.

I know what you mean! I think the director's cut for episode 1 to 3 will make it even better from the beginning,…
Yes, Love Mechanics Director's Cut of the first 3 eps ~ after complaints from YinWar and fans, ep 4 onwards will be full and without cuts.

Episode 1 director's cut will be released on july 8
Episode 2 director's cut will be released on july 15
Episode 3 director's cut will be released on july 22

No idea why they make it a weekly thing tho, but those first 3 episodes will have a better flow, and will have more content as a result.

Nah, in the books at least not tho. There they go on a break and never talk to each other until we have the point where it is obvious to more and more people that on his break from Ploy, Vee is really happy (because he has Mark), that his friends post something like that he has moved on from her on social media.

At this stage Vee has already decided he wants to break up with Ploy and be with Mark for sure, and because of the above, Ploy actually started to contact him again asking 'Is it true you are seeing someone new, I can't come back at this point, even if I want to?' kinda text.

But they do break up when meeting, just stuff happens that shouldn't have and it ends up backfiring on Vee and Mark's relation.

TBH I have never felt this much emotion and its all cause of mark he hurts soo much and even after all he waits…
In the books we know Nuea is also going after someone else, who he will end up with. So you can put some question marks as to how serious he truly was about it all, maybe semi-serious. But never forget the heart loves who it loves, even if it is a 'bad person'. Vee will have to prove his love to Mark still, and Mark will also have more backbone near the end to not be played with anymore.

On a sad level, Mark got into the thing he had with Vee knowing it would be bad and hurt. He tried to fend it off and not fall into the emotions he had for Vee, but his heart just could not. So he decided to do it anyways, with the fear and anxiety that one day he would be left by Vee for Ploy. That makes him shift from ultrahappy when Vee is with him or shows he cares for him to ultradown when something happens and he is either jealous of Ploy or can't stand the inclarity he gets from Vee. Lukcily the story does show love and happiness, even if it started with lots of hurt and pain.

While the actress who played Ploy is not listed in the 'En of love series', she is most definitely not the same…
Hmmm if they don't change the character of Ploy in this series, she will not play a bad person. Instead it helps make the ending of the relationship clearer, as while Vee has Mark, we will see Ploy also end up with someone else. There is also no drama really in the books to that point that makes her a bad person or anything really.

Just some gossip near the end about the narrative on why they broke up (Ploy and Vee) as in the books it will be shown that it looks like Vee left Ploy for Mark, while Ploy was not seeing someone. This off course changes, as she left Vee for Ton as well, but she is not the villain in the story.
