From what I see they changed quite a few things, so I don’t think it will help with watching the show, but if you like to read I can recommended it. It is very well written and the translation of the first 51 chapters is first class. You can see the details under “recent discussions”.
Only a few people who supposedly dropped it (or never even watched) rated so far and some weren’t ashamed to…
Yes, that’s what I meant to say. On him the effect of fillers is minimal as he can still “use” his face the way an actor should. I’m getting the impression this filler-craze is only getting worse in some of the younger actors and it is affecting their performance. I find this really sad. I don’t think he’s that particularly thin, he packs quite a bit of muscle (which we will hopefully get to see at some stage in the drama… 😜) but he is very tall so everything looks slim on him.
No, that first trailer with the slapstick was a clear misrepresentation. So far there have been no misplaced attempts…
He coerced her into becoming his mistress because of her family’s misfortune and a huge debt for which she would have had to sell herself to the moneylender. She didn’t want to be with him in the first place and he didn’t treat her all that well either.

They ALL had stuff injected into their faces, but at least, unlike many others, he can still move his face. There is a reason why I keep complaining about the ageism. I hate it that actors/actresses feel obliged to do this to themselves to have a career.

It’s quite different from KP, I wouldn’t even call it rebirth. He doesn’t die and then “snap” he’s back three years before the event. Here he only has some strange dreams and it takes him a while to work out that what he sees may be from a past life. He only sees bits and pieces and he has no awareness of his former self. There are many things that he doesn’t know or understands so he has a mystery to solve both in the present and regarding his “past”.

Yes he has some strange dreams where he relives moments of his previous life. In the novel this knowledge of future events also helps him unravel the underlying conspiracy. He uses his knowledge to change events because his previous life the FL left him and he died alone at a young age.
Looks like I get my first mandatory Jeremy Tsui fix of 2024…of course due to my lack of emotional intelligence…
I think it is quite safe to assume that this one will have a happy ending. The novel does and I don’t think that they will change it in the drama version.
How’s this thing so far? I’m watching two others and am on the fence about starting this now. May wait; is…
No, that first trailer with the slapstick was a clear misrepresentation. So far there have been no misplaced attempts at humour. The pace is good and the story looks interesting. The tone is serious, the FL is feisty and the ML faints a lot. It seems that fainting is the new blood-spitting 😂
Why does this have such a low rating? I watched the 4eps and this has a decent storyline. The acting in it is…
Only a few people who supposedly dropped it (or never even watched) rated so far and some weren’t ashamed to rate it very low. Also, the ML can act but he isn’t a little idol-boy with a plastified face which seems to be the current favourite to drive up MDL ratings.
