what I understand from reading a few articles including Lusi statements , her medical condition makes it hard for her to work at the same speed she did before. I believe the company doesnt see her as profitable as before because now they cant over work or abuse her like they did in the past. Now that she has become public about the abusive nature of her work and how it destroyed her health, she definingly demands better condition and the greedy company doesnt want to allow it. In one hand I love seeing Hyun wook and Ka yeong pairing plus male leads interest and quirkiness is a enjoyable on the other hand Male lead is one the most annoying archetypes in romcoms. narcissist, childish, insecure, moody, over achieving CEO with trauma. I hated the male leads in What's wrong with secretary kim and business proposal too. And they all have this weird way of talking too. why writers cant let go of this type of characters??

Feels like selling his soul because the chairwoman has shown her true colors many many times. Jin gu isn't better than any of the villains.
