The biggest difference is that Chu Qiao was reborn into the current world. Which PA and Rebirth never touch on

Also, if you do not want to read the entire 279 chapters, the last 13 chapters are a Yan Xun side story.

For the start of Rebirth, you can pick up around chapters 190–193-ish, which covers the events of the Ice Lake. However, if you do not start from the beginning, you do miss certain event which they do call back to most importantly when Zhuge Yue and Chu Qiao reunion after the ice lake.

Funny enough, the humor and romance are pretty much what a PA/Rebirth novel is like.

I mean, it is Xiao Xiang Dong Er who is doing the screenwriting; it is definitely her style of writing

This is her first Main Role in a drama ! she been pretty memorable as a support role.

she was great in sword and beloved, where she was a general there. She just give off badass strong female lead !

Watch up to episode 8, pretty interesting so far, different enough from other Xianxia Romance dramas that seem to come out every season.

The cast is pretty solid, seen a lot of familiar faces.

The action scene is definitely what stood out the most so far.

Does the journey matter more than the destination? Because what really happens at the end is that everything up to that point has literally been a dream or an illusion.

For LWY and WWY, they never went on that journey and only landed at the destination.

The ending you created in your mind is similar to the ending in the novel.

In the novel, Zhuge Yue made different choices, which truly show his transformation as a character.

That is one reason I did not like Rebirth. Even though I understand it is possible to have the second part of that ending, where ZY and YX are both old, looking as though they are filled with regret.

questionable ending that most likely sad, which diverge from the novel a bit cause of Zhuge Yue action

In a review of the drama, someone wrote
