I loved almost everything : Yue Fei's story, his bondings with his family (mother, brother, wife and children) and with his Xiong Di, they were all like a big family and that was such a joy to see them side by side battling together, fighting for their country, for the Song people ! Of course the drama is not only about war, sometimes we get to see all of them eating and talking like any ordinary people, we can even see them smiling and joking and that was always a pleasure for me to see those wonderful guys laughing as it is so rare in this drama !
As for Yue Fei, he is depicted as a loyal man who did not care about fame, riches, women and all those frivolus things ! The most important for him was his country, his big family and getting rid of the enemis.
Other characters are as wonderful as Yue Fei ( well he is on top though :p), I loved all of them and my favorites are for sure : Yang Maozi I love him too much oh my really he is next to Yue Fei in this drama for me, then one of the bravest woman Susu, Niu Gao, Zhang Xian,Han Shizhong and his courageous wife Liang Hong (in this drama women are pure gold except for Qin Hui's wife), Yue Yun, Xiao Er, Yue Fei's mother, 4th Prince, Zong Ze, Gao Chong, Zhang Yong and Empress Dowager especially in last eps ! All those characters are wonderfully written, really !
I have to say that once again Costumes, sceneries and music were really breathtaking, China never disappoints when it comes to epic dramas!
Well it was not a perfect drama because some characters did not act when they were supposed to or they did not really think before taking action but overall it was a wonderful drama ;D

Sweet, adorable, refreshing and not complicated romance and I must say that it feels so good for the heart to watch this kind of drama, really! I enjoyed "Someone Like You" a lot and that is mainly thanks to Kingone Wang's performance, I liked him before but here I completely fell in love with him well actually with Zhan Cheng, he is such a thoughtful and caring man, he would do anything to protect his woman and he shows her everyday what is true love and how much she is precious to him. With my chingu Senech we became totally crazy about him <3333
Once again I have to compliment Kingone for his excellent acting, playing the role of a blind person is not easy but he did it superbly,it felt so real!
Beside that the rest for me was so so, I did not care about supporting characters (except for Vanessa, I loved her so much and I wanted to see more of her cause she is so courageous, calm and always try to analyse situations before taking action) , side romances: annoying, music was not terrible ( only some BGM caught my attention, the songs were too repetitive according to me, I do like Bii though).
PS: Flying Valley is such a beautiful place with amazing sceneries <3
And I stand firmly behind my conviction, when it comes to romance Tw dramas are my favorites along with (Cdramas).
This movie is like my entire childhood, watched it with my whole family and we were so enthralled by the story and martial-art fightings! OST is a masterpiece.
I did not know Taiwanese could make good historical movies, this was a pleasant surprise. And I love that they did not present Japanese people as heartless people devoid of feelings because they are human too after all. We can really feel that they were not proud nor happy to kill innocent people. And so in that aspect it was a complete success!
One of the most boring Chinese dramas I've watched, I expected a lot from it but I ended up so much disappointed even Huo Wallace whom I really like could not save the drama!
Boring story (I enjoyed the HK movies better :p), boring characters, only good points are the stunning sceneries :)
My faves Family dramas are without any doubt: "Home Drama" and "Battle of Changsha", I just think it's too bad they both are so underrated cause they are pure gem!
From this list I only watched Wakamono Tachi, it was such a good drama and all actors did a great job <3
What attracted me the most in this drama is the permanent dark and oppressive atmosphere as if anything could happen to anyone and I loved that feeling so much =D
I don't mean that the drama itself is particularly dark nor tragic but the colors chosen reinforce this negative side of Shanghai, and that is the real charm of this drama and also the reason why I could enjoyed it that much, even the costumes & settings are not colorful, plus the characters themselves are quite evil, serious, threatening or even very secretive, just see Xu Wen Qiang, Ding Li, Feng Jin Yao, Old Jiu, Uncle Xiang and you'll understand but of course Wen Qiang is different from the rest cause he has a reason to be so mysterious, cold and for carrying firearms, Okay he did so many bad things but he always did those things for the sake of his friends and precious relatives, from his own accord I'm sure he would have never done all of that. Anyway I loved so much Huang Xiao Ming in this drama he was simply amazing and did a super job!
And here are the few points I disliked about the drama and that's why I can't give more than 7.
-I was not so much invested in the character's stories, I have not attach for them (except for Wen Qiang and Lady Fang) and I think they were underdeveloped.
- I did not like the ost, only the ending song was good, the rest was so boring for me !
Disappointing ending, I expected a lot from this ending but I truly hated it, maybe because I thought about it and hoped that I would be right but nope !
-The special effects are pretty bad fortunately the actions scenes were amazing and spectacular, honestly I can't forget all those gunfights, bloodshed <3
It was absolutely perfect for my current mood, I fell in love with the movie and more particularly with the Music. I now realize that I need to watch more of both Leading actors <3
Actually I expected a lot from Lady and Liar but in the end I was disappointed, after watching the first 15 eps I realized that it was not as enjoyable as I thought it would be, then I CONTINUED and still I did not feel anything for the characters and the rest. Everything was so predictable and I felt like nothing really happened in 46 eps, too bad cause it had a lot of potiential in my opinion! At least the setting, costumes and production were pretty good!
As for the main characters I did not really like Jiang Xin she was too naive and not interesting, I never understood why Bai Lang loved her that much plus it was never explained, on the other hand Yang Rong did a great JOB as the villain (even if her actions were really predictable which annoyed me at times), I hated her with my whole heart but that's because she was so good, I like this actress and hope next time she'll have a main role!
