So this old age argument don't stand here....both started at same time with Lusi having clear advantage over the latter in terms of education and experience in acting......as crazy as it may sound, only for love actually did decent numbers in mainland (somebody told me) and you can't target bai Lu for acting cuz She was won numerous awards for her acting in same time frame as Lusi.
again I am not Lusi hater but we as her fans really need to stand together to send a clear message/ covey our feelings about recent career choices. I personally believe her agency is pure trash and pick worst scripts for her.

She is very near to breaking into Mainland top actress rankings and its not just this year releases, Bai Lu have numerous have given numerous hits and won multiple awards.
While the only thing Lusi has going for her is LLTG and even that drama doesn't belong to her, its director is world renowned for giving crazy hits.
Its my opinion and I don't think "Hidden Love" deserve the fame and hype its receiving.....bye !

again I am literally tired of these new Zhao Lusi fans, I have been supporting her from her "Oh my Emperor" days but still love it or hate it. Lusi is no big shot in Main-Land China and is considered traffic actress at best.
They don't even count her in mediocre rank and Hidden Love is no breaking bad or even TOTEM in that aspect, it was mediocre drama but new Zhao Lusi stans live in their own fake world, where they believe she is some sort of acting goddess but its detached from reality.
The 2023 has seen the rise of multiple new-extremely talented actors and competition has gotten very tough....take Bai lu for instance, she delivered two phenomenal drama's (TOTEM and SOKP). While Lusi Hidden Love is riding on stans support.....
again I am her fan but I wouldn't lie about the facts and instead hope, she lives in reality and strives to improve herself......the worst evil of all is that, she was typecasted in the The last immortal.
I am supporting WIFTY cuz its the first time, I have seen the leads work and they managed to not only attract my attention but blow me away.

There was nothing unique about the story or even acting in that matter, it was predictable and Lusi acting was mediocre, she has fallen a lot after LLTG in acting department. The only reason this has 9.0 rating is cuz its Zhao Lusi drama and if she releases any worth watching, people will over-rate it.
When I fly towards you on the other hand is helmed by relatively un-known newbies and yet they managed to score 9 stars.

Yes and actually the rating is surprisingly low for a gem like this......Chemistry, acting and intimacy is top notch (best of the best) and I don't know, why FL is not popular.
