See I completely agree with this narrative and have said similar things multiple times now but at the end of the day, it's a romantic drama and ML will save FL life multiple times in upcoming episodes!

That's what we have been told, we don't know if they're really Wei assassin's or something else is going on !

I don't think it's romantic either but this is the first drama I have seen in my life dedicated to cheating.....so I will give it a try !

There is nothing else airing alongside it now and I believe people have no choice but to watch it, if you want something modern Tian Xi wei cheating drama is coming out on 19.

I don't like violence between romantic partners, I never said I don't like violence and gore in dramas in general and we can agree to disagree here. The examples I provided had violence between couples to counter your argument of use of violence between leads here. The synopsis of the drama made it pretty clear; this will happen and they will become lovers !
My whole point is, if you want to date somebody violence shouldn't be involved for both parties but as for other stuff, GO AHEAD and terrorize cities. I will watch it crime and investigation is my main genra.

Just start it, you would love it. The ratings are low cuz people were expecting a straightforward romcom, but plot is very complicated with complex characters and villains.

Let me give you example of actually strong FL's
Hua Zi (she was strong, independent and defeated emperor three times), Zhao Pan Er, Mu Dork, Yin Guo (I like her, she saved ML career), Shang Gu (ALP), Yan Hui (back from brink), Li Fang Ning (begin again), Lin Yu Ro (saved country three times), Cha Eun Jae (overcome her fear of blood), Tong Yao (won championship for her team and properly handled her ex), Cheng Xaio (dealt with misogyny in her field and trash ML), Shi Yi, Li Jian Jian (ML mother was Satan), Qian Wei (legally romance), Zhu Yun (one of my favourite, came back and saved arrogant ML life and career), Zhu Xian Ji (Love and redemption), Orchid (LFBAD), Huang Ying Zi (love Endures), Niao Niao, Su Ci (actually strong martial arts and can investigate, maiden homeless), Li Wei (deal with misogynistic system), Han Yi Joo (went back in time and made every criminal pay for it), Lian Man Er (defeated the game with grace), Hua Li Li (smart and powerful), Jian Xue Ning (evil in first life, made mistakes in second life but learned from them), Wi Ying Luo (Yanxi palace, god TIER STRONG WOMAN and even satan contacts her to make schemes), Ji Yun He (powerful and intelligent), Jiang Li, Chu Chu (that's how FL was supposed to be, proper coroner), ShuYa nan (ingenious one), Feng Zi Wei (my all-time favourite and very strong Fl, Rise of Phoenixes), Ming Lan (saved the whole kingdom), Yuan Jing Xa (under the power) and Qiao Jing Jing (saved man dreams and stood by him through difficult times, everybody's perfect girl).
So I don't have problem with FL's, I have problem with badly written characters and FL in this one belong in this list.

First if you have been reading my comments, you would know I have problem with "Violence" in general and I hate the above-mentioned dramas cuz of simping and use of violence by FL's.
Secondly, if you have been reading my comment you would also know this I am one of the person, who has repeatedly said "I don't how they are going to justify the romance" down the line cuz of the violence.
Thirly, if have spoken in favour of FL in MOGA and even here I have been praising FL, I even wrote the whole list of strong FL characters to justify my opinion but you never read it. So, NO I don't hate FL's I hate stupidity and SIMP behaviour which has become norm of 2024 and you can't use word "I hate violence and at the same time say I love drama's with violence" in same sentence.
You can criticize their actions but don't use "High sounding words" and target people, like you said I hate FL's Lol.
Like, I hate The princess royal and I say it everywhere cuz it was a bad drama, which ruined complexity of the novel. I would say a lot of people will agree with me.

I think it would ep 18-19 when FL will leave SML for good !

SML is from Royal family (prince of some sort) which will justify his enthronement and yes I do believe Pei family is allied with Wei state and your theory makes a lot of sense cuz when ML was pressing that clay doll hard against the table. It kinda cracked like its hollow from inside and contain some hidden cavity with clue inside it.
I suspect FL master is definitely a Yang sister cuz she taught FL about all the Yunleo stuff, gave her a book about city history and it would make sense for her to not keep clue on herself in case, she gets caught and dies. She is hoping in case of her sudden demise FL will carry out the justice and find out why she died,
I believe FL master will be found as one of Yang's, ML wants to capture her and keep her in alive to use her testimony to overturn the Yuneolo case, but SML will find her and kill her under the orders of his trah mom. Then he will blame it on ML, and we will have angst but FL will eventually find out the truth and will have MASSIVE FIGHT and BLOWOUT with SML. Eventually leaving him for ML!

I second that and I highly doubt this drama would have simping ML, they are burdened by their responsibilities and source novel is an old work. Which was written before the era of stupidity!

It's one of the best dramas of 2024 upto this point and I hope they keep the momentum going !

FL stabbed ML near the cave and then acted like it was his fault in "Are you the one".
FL in The Princess Royal did "FAR FAR WORST" shit than the ML in this drama. I mean Open Cheating, emotional torture, murder and then emotional torture again, you read the book you know exactly what I am talking about.

So, by your own words you are okay if it is the woman/FL doing stabbing and committing extreme against ML and then those simps falling in love with her cuz she had reasons, but when ML does it. Its "a serious problem" and he should be gutted for it, not to mention you are completely absolving her of a blame of being directly responsible for death of his countless friends, which even FL character in drama accepted/acknowledged as her fault.

I agree with you, leads romance is serious problem cuz FL directly or indirectly got ML close friends killed and their bodies haven't even started decaying in their graves yet. While drama is leading towards romance,
Yes leads aren't supposed to love cuz ML has BLOOD-DEBT to settle with FL (I don't hate her character).

That's why I hope he never retires and continue to bless us with new characters. That's why I hated that character and the drama but at the same time, kudos to Landy Li for properly portraying the complex emotion of devotion and loyalty without intermixing it with "Love and longing eyes".
Those minor nuances of hesitance in her actions and eyes speaks volumes, that's where I believe Zhao Jin Mai failed and she gave longing looks till the last episode which added to the whole confusion. Needless to say writing, art direction, screenplay and plot pacing is far superior in this one and it shows!
