Well that explains everything but to ruin a good political story for a villain and other shareholders, let him get away with it....WoW!

We are both referring to the same scene and I remember FL saying, Its not that SQR I never knew you were that evil and were doing things behind my back...I just simply choose to ignore them in that life (referring to her obsession/love for ML in previous life).

Now comes the main point,
FL personally send gifts to the emperor herself (I don't remember correctly but they were from her), SQR put poison inside them to kill the emperor (for Su family avenge), Emperor got sick and was death bed, Shangguan Ya came repeatedly told Emperor that poison was within his sister gift. FL was firmly supporting crown prince and had SQR (who wronged him in past). Emperor knew of Su family tracheary, Ya cheating and Crown prince being Su family bastard....so Emperor though FL was trying to rebel by removing him from throne and was installing non-Li family, Su-bastard on the throne and had now attempted to assassinate him. In his mind she has always stand by Nobel families against him and her own husband and is now turned traitorous by attempting to remove Li family (belonging to her father, brother) from power and passing throne to Su family due to her Sex toy.

FL knew nothing of this and Emperor didn't knew (she didn't know any of this), hence FL deserved death for main character of traitors faction and he asked ML to kill her but knew he won't....So he attempted to poison her (believing she poisoned him first under Ya instigation), now SQR/Ya knew about this and had antidote on hand to save FL life.

That's why I have been saying, he didn't poison her but was directly responsible for death by tricking LC to kill her, had means at hand to save her but refused and let her die.
but the brought the poison and after confirmation of ML death, SQR personally feed her the poison drink to kill her (with antidote on hand). While both of them stood there and enjoyed watching her die

Okay I will give you full account,
in previous life Emperor/ML led an expedition to the North to conquer it and he wanted to conquer the Northlands cuz he promised his sister (FL) in the past. That he would never allow her to be send as political marriage hostage to that country. For that, he tried to raise taxes on the Nobel families, asked for supplies but they firmly resisted it.
Still ML managed to scrabble enough money and they set off but when they were fighting the enemy, the Nobel family corruption made sure not enough supplies/food reached his army and eventually he was forced to abandon the campaign and moved back home bitterly. FL BACKED NOBEL FAMILIES !
Then Emperor/ML (duo) tried to raise taxes on the nobel families to fill-up the treasury, so they can deal with south flooding problem but with FL backing of nobel families and continuous fights with ML it failed.
Then the duo tried to reform the imperial examination system and duo forced the reform through the court, Nobel families resisted it and it was not properly applied and hence it failed...again with FL HELP to Nobel families.
Now comes the big crimes, ML never liked Shangguan Ya and refused to sleep with her, he was using some sort of medicine which was making him vomit and he was using it to refuse sex with her (remember this point, he knew he never had full sex with her) but nobel families wanted a child of Empress belonging to nobel families. So they can install him on the throne and get rid of the emperor,
A) So they invited Shangguan Ya back home on false pretense (Lying to Emperor) and asked Su elder to fuck her, which they did (crime of deceiving the emperor and instigating empress to cheat, infidelity of imperial family member). Both Su and Shangguan families were in on it.
B) Then bastard Su child was born by empress and FL+Nobel families forced emperor to make him crown prince (crime of deceiving the emperor and grave crime of installing nobel family member on throne. rebellion).
C) Then in order to secure the future of his kid/Crown prince Su elder tried to kill the Qin Zhen Zhen child but ends up killing her (grave crime of rebellion and murder of imperial concubine).
D) Now thanks to ML investigation, he found out Su elder killed Qin Zhen Zhen and whole Shangguan Ya cheating on Emperor with Su Elder, he told the emperor and FL during that time firmly opposed her brother and supported Empress Ya and nobel families.

So, let me count it down for you,
a) Nobel families always opposed the Emperor and tried to remove him - Intent and planning of Rebellion and disrespect of imperial authority = x2 death penalty for all nobel houses
b) Lying to Emperor, crime of deceiving the emperor, instigating empress to cheat, infidelity of imperial family member = x4 death penalty and clan execution for Shanguan and Su families (2 for deceiving the emperor, 1 for instigating and helping her cheat and 1 for her cheating)
c)Crime of deceiving the emperor and grave crime of attempt at installing nobel family member on throne/rebellion = 1 death penalties and 1 clan execution for Ya and Su families.
d) Attempted assassination of royal prince and assassination of imperial concubine = x2 Death penalties and clan execution for Su family.

So, these 10 valid reasons by ancient chinese law, why Su family deserved to be exterminated and Emperor was only castrating them but they killed themselves in shame and when FL save SQR from death by forcing emperor, it further strained their relationship.

SQR IS TOTALLY IN WRONG, EVERYHTING WRONG IN WORLD WAS CAUSED BY NOBEL FAMILIES AND SU FAMILY DESERVED DEATH 10 TIMES !

Let me explain it with example, ML asked for Toyota Corolla and She won him Ferrari. He passed out of literal shock in courtroom !

If Su joined in the performance, it will be spotless, indicate marriage alliance between Su family and Hua Li (which will strengthen consort ru position and weaken Crown prince) and Emperor will use to target crown prince. So, FL joined in immediately to "Fuck up" the performance (to save her brother) and "Su" thought she was reminiscing the past and trying to stop marriage alliance from forming cuz she loves him, immediately joined in to hit on her and show the imperial court theirlove.
ML joined in to back Fl up and you see when he joined by playing erno, music tempo picked up and Hua Li made numerous mistakes and prince dance was relocated to nothing. Now there was deep meaning behind ML instrument cuz it was calm and different, which implied the Choas, death and destruction common people have to endure in war. This scene was supposed to imply his righteous heart and life goal of standing up for the benefit of common people in court along with his pursuit and support for FL.
The minister scene was supposed to imply everybody noting, Living dildo hitting on someone's wife in open court, with ML second uncle (Pie enemy number one) speaking to Su elder to complain his son disrespected their pie family honor by targeting their woman (princess)....in novel after this, when living dildo went home. His father openly criticized him and told him to fuck off and leave married woman alone !
Then you see ML blast SML, and FL walking out with ML without acknowledging or answering Living dildo (SQR), it was her efforts to make it clear to him, she doesn't give a "F" about him and as you see in the drama. Immediately after that, Living Dildo understood and said to himself,
"Your highness you suffered so much under him, do you really want to suffer it again?"

It was his delusion speaking, thinking he actually knew her and she ever loved him....he was nothing, other than sextoy she use to relive herself.

So, the point I am trying to make here scene was so deep with numerous political stunts but they literally castrated it with SQR delusions and in novel, his brother didn't asked him to propose marriage after ML fake death and no street vendor motivated him to go after FL again today. he did all out of his volition.
That's what pissing me off....the producers are ruining the show to glorify Living Dildo !

I know but leads have successfully removed three conditions necessary for his clan execution (he actually tried to follow the past and have them killed) but don't worry, he is the worst enemy of his own people and he will try to get them killed again.

Yeah that piss me off too, nobody told him to chase FL and after banquet scene his father scolded him to not go after married woman. If that was enough, the biggest crime of all was that the whole political plot and other important stuff was ignored in favour of giving snake the excess screentime!
I got a feeling ending of drama is changed in favour SQR !

Now the production house is true problem here cuz within 10 episodes, there were supposed to be at least 8 leads cuddling scenes....with leads coming and going to court together, tomfoolery in carriage and other important political scenes. WHich they cut and give space to Living Dildo !

SQR addressed her (that was the chance) and in you will see in upcoming boat scene but what it means, unlike most people I have very positive view of FL and will go as far as to say, she never loved SQR and will prove it with facts in drama.

She had suspicions and these will be confirmed by her discussion with sqr in cave.

You got their one crime right but there are three remaining shit and yes, SQR put poison in gift FL personally gave to emperor and Ya repeatedly reminded emperor, he is sick after using his sister gift ( he investigated and confirmed it) and when he was on his death bed (drama first scene with ML and Emperor), this combined with her other two equally worse crimes prompt him to kill her by asking SQR to poison him.
SQR and Ya had antidote on hand, but they refused to save her and watch/enjoy her die by feeding the last dose themselves.

But this is one crime you have identified, hints to other two crazy crimes have already been given in drama. We may see full reveal in 5 episodes!

When she came back and saw ML confronting SQR, she should have joined in the rebuke and backed ML up.

I can give you the rundown of the whole story but it will spoil way too much but remember one thing, ML has tried to communicate at-least two times in their past life and one time he went there to apologize and walked in on FL having sex with SML, second time explained the whole ordeal with proper full on begging with hands on legs but she refused to listen.
Like ML mentioned in the drama, once she makes her mind about something nobody can change it. That's what's really wrong with her ego, reluctance to accept her mistakes and fowl mouth had hurt her more than anybody else in the drama.
Like for instance "She mentions divorce again and again" in drama to ML and asks him, what he will do after that and now to ML it sounds like. She can't wait to separate but in reality, she is scared and lacks self-confidence hence she is asking him again and again to reassure her. He won't leave and it won't be the repeat of past life. Some episodes ago during the whole "Butterfly Gorge" incident, she literally blurted it out by saying.
You also want to leave cuz when I ask you again and again, you either ignore or and don't refute it for me. The point here is her approach is very wrong and that combined with her ego of not accepting the fault and fowl mouth....it hurts people.
