Still ML managed to scrabble enough money and they set off but when they were fighting the enemy, the Nobel family corruption made sure not enough supplies/food reached his army and eventually he was forced to abandon the campaign and moved back home bitterly. FL BACKED NOBEL FAMILIES ! Then Emperor/ML (duo) tried to raise taxes on the nobel families to fill-up the treasury, so they can deal with south flooding problem but with FL backing of nobel families and continuous fights with ML it failed. Then the duo tried to reform the imperial examination system and duo forced the reform through the court, Nobel families resisted it and it was not properly applied and hence it failed...again with FL HELP to Nobel families. Now comes the big crimes, ML never liked Shangguan Ya and refused to sleep with her, he was using some sort of medicine which was making him vomit and he was using it to refuse sex with her (remember this point, he knew he never had full sex with her) but nobel families wanted a child of Empress belonging to nobel families. So they can install him on the throne and get rid of the emperor, A) So they invited Shangguan Ya back home on false pretense (Lying to Emperor) and asked Su elder to fuck her, which they did (crime of deceiving the emperor and instigating empress to cheat, infidelity of imperial family member). Both Su and Shangguan families were in on it. B) Then bastard Su child was born by empress and FL+Nobel families forced emperor to make him crown prince (crime of deceiving the emperor and grave crime of installing nobel family member on throne. rebellion). C) Then in order to secure the future of his kid/Crown prince Su elder tried to kill the Qin Zhen Zhen child but ends up killing her (grave crime of rebellion and murder of imperial concubine). D) Now thanks to ML investigation, he found out Su elder killed Qin Zhen Zhen and whole Shangguan Ya cheating on Emperor with Su Elder, he told the emperor and FL during that time firmly opposed her brother and supported Empress Ya and nobel families.

Same here and I have a lingering feeling, after listening to FL foul mouth tomorrow....War will escalate to whole new level. We will have Bad FL vs innocent ML, innocent ML vs cuck ML, gender war will reignite with Victim FL vs Molester/ rapist ML. I will accept I was part of the problem in beginning but people are just too far gone, lets be honest here FL have stopped giving love stares to SML and her behaviour has improved considerably. I don't like her character but still took the initiative to clear her name by explaining the banquet scene but who knew, they have found new enemy. The drama may be 7.5-8 so far but comment section has been lit 10/10 so far😂😂😂 The funny thing I prepared a dossier of SRQ crimes and was thinking about posting the general comment, but we need peace and we need to hold on for a bit...but I would love for you to check it and find mistakes !

Today you saw a glimpse of SML love for LR in which he threatens her 24/7 and attempts to destroy her career and hurt's her brother and husband, to somehow force her to his bidding and live her life as he dictates, all in name of loving and caring for her. He is doing this and went to extreme limits cuz in his delusional mind, he knows her better than anyone and is doing her favour by controlling and manipulating her like he did in past life. While the hard truth to swallow is, he never loved her in any lifetime, he loves to control and manipulate/hurt her and most importantly he loves the power that comes by controlling elder princess. She doesn't have right to think and live otherwise and if she does it will force him to harm and kill her like he did in previous life, such is his love for LR
So, I am really confused on why you would sympathize with such character? Not only was he wrong in first life, he lamed the wrong party in second life and didn't treat the root of problem. I am angrier at FL for that not standing up for her ML cuz SML has repeatedly insulted ML in front of her and she did nothing. Her silence gave SML confidence to do all sort of shenanigans and that lead to current predicament.
He will be chemically castrated by Consort Ru, so that he could only pick between her son and crown prince. She did that under the impression, considering emperor hate for Shangguan family, he would definitely support her son !

First people are wired and only above two scenes were sex scenes and remaining two are just funny encounters. After their upcoming divorce tomorrow, FL kinda missed ML and bought a house next to his residence to make it easy for her to see him (and for booty call). When she meets ML in night after jumping over wall, he saw she was kinda weak, so he called famous physician (known to treat woman reproductive issues) over to run a complete health check on her. FL planned to stay in his residence and for whole week but their neighbour saw the famous physician and told ML mother, his mother was against him divorcing FL (cuz she helped them regain ML inheritance) and she though he is hiding a pregnant hoe in there.
She arrived in his residence to defend FL and confront ML for cheating on princess by bringing in concubine, they were pretending to be divorced and hence FL was hiding from ML mother in his room. Her mother come to the door, cursed her and called upon the hoe inside to open the door. So, That she can kick her out....FL refused to open door and leak the secret they are meeting in secret against Emperor order of divorce and ML mother refused to budge. She waited in front of door all day for ML to return and by the time, he did FL had enough. She presumed the identity of hoe changed her voice and started fighting ML mother and said equally fowl words, leading to her passing out of anger!
A lot of people commenting hate SRQ character, I can understand their concern.I wonder if a popular male character…
If they used some good actor and seasoned villain like Liu Xueyi or Jeremy Tusai...people would have hated it less cuz they would have shown the complexity of the emotions and portrayed his helplessness, longing combine with obsession and delusional life principles.
Like during the airing of "Destined" people absolutely hated and loathed the Liu Xue Yi character but at the same time praise the actor for portrayal of delusion combined with helplessness but in this case, actor is lacking and its further antagonizing the people.
Pardon me, I know everyone including me are hating on SML but in fairness I don't think he has THAT many screen…
It has something to do with actor acting and he did indeed poop up bit to much in last 5 episodes. If they casted some experienced actor in this role like Liu Xue Yi, then people wouldn't have hated him that much but Chen Hi Yi is acting like a wooden stick. FL love stares don't help the problem either !
