10/24 & I hate every scene of SML with the FL, she need to draw her boundaries & he need to get slapped & thrown from his delulu land 😑
I like the drama & the ML tho 🥺

He is gone missing (abducted) after he went to conflict zone where his traumatized past started (to deal with it), the drama actually good & healing before the last 2 ep I think, so you may watch it & stop somewhere around before he went to that area.
They don't show him dead tho, they even somewhat show him reunited with the FL, they make it vague/open to interpretation.

Ehm I'm not saying that it's totally justified, but passable to certain extent. Non consentual kissing is also SA, not just those aggresive restrain & it's even often being used & romanticized in dramas.
What I mean is, this is apply not just for the ML but FL too, in drama there's a lot non consentual kiss also initiated by their FL, HX did that too .
Just because a woman is weaker than man doesn't mean it's not SA either, for instance if a stalker fan kiss their idol, it's SA regardless she's a woman or man.

My point is, sometimes director/writer use this kind of thing to create drama/tension, just like what they did with both ZY & HX here, there's those that is too much, but here imo is quite passable.

Not a fan of it but "passable for drama purpose" as in not as red alarm triggering like what Go Ahead ML did.

I get your point & honestly I hv this kind of problem with Go Ahead (ML kiss FL in her sleep when she only see him as her brother).

But imho, here it's quite passable coz they know their feelings are mutual & it's only to show that his feelings for her is as crazy as hers for him & she always in his mind, which the FL also gets.

To be fair if what ZY did was consider SA then what Hu Xiu did to him shd be considered the same (as she did it too when they're not in relationship)

Lol, ikr? Tho honestly if it's w/ other girl I might be worried for my introverted guy's heart, he'd be so stressed 😂, lmao, but since the girl is WYW somehow I feel safe, if anything she may ready to kick other's butt to safe him & he may feel the delight 🤣

Woah, for a drama that started & filled your days with laughters,
that was a tearjerker, emotional ending, it makes me cry throughout & I LOVE it!! 🥹

CXX's eyes filled with emotions, I can't help but cry along with him 😭.

WYW too, funny how this afternoon I just watch Wow The World w/ CXX & WYW, and their dynamics there 🤣 , they're great actors for sure, lol.
Can't wait for WTW season 2 to see other members reaction after seeing them tgt in this drama 🤣😂🤣

Could you tell us if the ending was rushed or is it a satisfying one?

I don't normally like modern cdrama but this one blown me away & check all the boxes for me, the acting, directing, writing, organic progression, heartwarming, mature characters, beautiful OSTs, making it all rounder drama, def deserved its high rating.

ML is gone (presumably dead), FL is traumatized & hallucinating (hence the drama title, her seeing him is a beautiful lie).
The drama started w/ ML suffer from similar (mental health) issue & try by all means to overcome it, but in the end his effort somewhat result w/ his death 🥹
Drama is beautiful & healing (couple being supportive) but the ending upset many people (I still give them good rating tho coz I find it beautiful & memorable) 🤣

I actually like this drama (I gave them good rating) but many upset with the ending, which I too understood, haha, to put it simply, it's a healing drama, until that ending.

Honestly LBL is hard to beat, they're setting standard so high with all the mature talk & sweet, gentle quite ML & smart FL, but coming from someone who don't usually like modern cdrama, I quite enjoy watching Love is Sweet, not as mature as LBL but their bickering are fun to watch.

You shd try it, this one is more like a parody, they're fun & easy to watch, I love LBL sm (10/10 from me) but I've been enjoying & loving this as well ♡ I hv no problem with following this after LBL coz they give me different feel.
