Yes I hope they won't make Gu Lan as evil as she is in the novel so she can hv a better ending, Gu Lian is already more than a handfull irritating sister to hv, they need to give GJZ a break.

As if I haven't fallen head over heels for CYY, he's so thoughtful to give her that letter before marriage, if GJZ hasn't fallin' for him she would be at that very moment, as it shows his consideration & genuine feelings towards her, how he put her well being over his.

I think better than what it was expected, heard somewhere that they're originally an A+ rating (budget wise) but the viewing/buzz has increased them to an S rating drama
