Oh I honestly like the idea & can see more chemistry between Long Shen & Wu Yi, Wu Yi just had to remind him of his past self more so that we can get our Long Shen w/ more warmth, maybe not as drastic as Ji Ling, but a mature Ji Ling 🥹

The highlight for Ji Ling & Wu Yi's pairing rightnow was supposed to be like that, their cutesy innocent part, if you caught up to ep 7 you'll see that it'll get heavier with angst (I believe I'll miss their childlike interaction) & imho by ep 7 JJY & TJR has intense chemistry (better than Wu's for me) which's align with their character (not referring to Ji Ling- iykyk)

I end up subscribing for both Youku & Netflix for them too, this drama has made me obsessed

True, I'm leaning towards Youku as well coz I'm also waiting for Eternal Fragrance (& hoping for them to release it after VoS) 🤭

I don't have one but consider to subscribe either to Netflix or Youku, Youku vip for 3 months (here on promo) is equal to 1 month on Netflix so I do kinda need to know the cost for vod ep to do the math 🤣

Does anyone know how vod ep on Youku works? So if you have vip subscription you still need to pay more for vod/express ep? Is it a one time pay for all vod ep for the series? Or do we need to pay for each vod ep? How much do we need to pay for it roughly?

Sometimes I think producers are blind to not cast him as main male lead in a dark romance drama, his voice alone are FIRE, let alone that jaw, figure & acting 🤌 someone please give him meatier lead roles w/ promising scripts as he truly deserves!!

He admired her from the get go (her barefoot in the snow) & admire her even more after seeing the way she handle things (deaths, pressure, her compassion & care towards others), it's only natural for him to fall for her more & more

I'm at ep 11 & ughh the FL is so frustating & self centric, she always think everything for her own good alone & never actually listen nor show her effort/ care for the ML.

Also, while SML is delulu, but I also can't blame everything on him alone coz the FL also partly stringing him along without ever actually set her boundaries & make her feeling clear to him.

I initially like the pairing but idk given how cold she is towards the ML, I need the FL to partly redeem herself & show her effort towards the ML, before I can actually root for them to be together again, coz right now the dynamics feel pretty unbalanced.
