We hv lil' pov from YY side (his thought process etc), I find YY is more complex than he seems to be, he is a restraint & mature character, but he schemes & a thoughtful character w/ backbone that I rarely see in ML cdrama.
If anything they shd given less screentime to 2nd and 3rd character and focus more on ML, coz we hv 28 ep yet YX character show very lil' progress since everytime he take 1 step forward he then take 2 step backwards so I find his scenes are rather pointless & repetitive as it's always back to square one.

More like Y'all glorifying & romanticizing abusive behaviours too much & giving sm excuse to justify problematic characters 🤣

Like I said I don't mind with her shedding tears for him but cried that much and collapsing "for him" isn't align with her character's writing, if anything the writer shot themselves in the foot for ruining her character if her intention is like that.

As if it's not insulting enough to find a manchild who always brought her trouble & never hestitate to keep pointing guns, weapons & sword at her was considered as precious friend, I can't roll my eyes enough.

She said it like that coz YX wrongly took all the time they spent together as romantic so she make it perfectly clear that she only see him as friend, her first friend & she never refer it to her crying scenes.

To cry that much over a friend is too much & irrelevant to her character, shedding tears is okay, but that much cry will only ruin her character's writing (will become plotholes & I'd need to lower my rating for that alone).

But seeing it onscreen is different coz I can take all that cry and collapsing scenes coming from her shock after experiencing an emotional turmoil & a literal threat by sword in the neck by a person whom she consider as friend.
