Not sure but from the reuters I think for the drama they gonna extend the plot after the novel's ending

It's a really good, one of a kind drama with convulated plot & beautiful stories, heartwrenching romance etc, however they may not everybody's cup of tea as it requires your full attention otherwise you'll easily get lost and think there're plot holes or wouldn't as invested as others etc coz they hv so many things going on & puzzles to be put together later on, this is certainly not a drama where people can watch it while doing anything else (laundry, web browsing etc) so I don't recommend to watch this if you don't hv the mood/time for it.


But if you do, be prepare to get mindblown left & right with their intriguing mystery & revealation.

Also, I'd recommend you to watch at least 7 ep to know their real plot as it's getting real good from there & don't bother much with people who rant and degrades the drama sm coz I find there're some who don't really watch the drama neither even bother to understand the plot & only spend their times to throw shades to other actors out of spite, counting minutes of their favs etc so they won't get to appreciate the drama as a whole neither allow themselves to get immersed in the stories.
This drama isn't w/out flaw but I find they're one of the best if not the best drama from 2026, an all rounder, complex yet beautiful drama with great plot, acting, ost, cgi.

I'm loving JJY real voice sm, her voice is cute yet very expressive with a right kind amount of huskiness giving the character more depth, I hope she never get dubbed by anyone else but herself. Love hearing her voice in Laizhan reuters too calling her lazy shifu.

So there it goes my hope for Youku to finally release this 😭 atp I need to forget this drama even exist. Youku shd change their title to Eternal Waiting instead, I feel like I keep being clowned 🤡everytime there's a hope for it getting any release date or even an airdrop 🥲 just notify me when they're finally airing 🏳

If you think there's no substance then you're missing the whole point. They capture every sides of love beautifully, from comrades, buddies, sisters, brothers, lovers, people, all kind of beings with layered plot & characters and their very own burdens. They're everything but visuals/styles only.

I had to disagree, JL never wanted to become a DD, he bear everything cause he's the kindest person so he took every burden on his own but all that he wanted is to live a carefree life which's LWY truly understand & see it right through him eventhough he never said it to anyone, thus she won't let him suffer & bear every burden on his own and give him that chance to live the life he's been dreaming of.

What they don't seem to understand though, they underestimate the love & meaning they have for eachother where one can not survive without the other party also live

I beg to differ, her priorities is to protect JL & give the life he deserves (free from his duty as DD), to give him the chance to live the life of his own & that's beautiful. If you really love someone you'd want to do something for your loved ones, you can't expect her to do nothing seeing the one she love suffering in silent on his own.

Why shd JL be the one to bear all the cost after all he's been through when she can do the same& even better eliminate JY's fragment? If you expect her to do nothing then it means you expect her to not loving him that much which isn't the case.

I think Baizhe & the rest double flowers deities shd be able to guide and remove WSG fragments, just like other 78 fragments they did already, esp since there's no longer moon queen who take her power from the oracle stone, JY's fragment wouldn't become as threatening as before.

JL still posed as dragon deity but will not survive as there's no A Wu stopping him from commiting suicide. Thus LJ never met JL (he's gone the moment he got there).
