Title Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha Spoiler
But if he’s married then why he thought of hye Jin when he was reading about kiss, it specifically told about…
Yes, lol, if he's been married then his former wife & baby mostlikely were died as well.
How his nightmare dream being taken is rather odd tbh. It doesn't align well with the other hint they give.

Was the hand that caught him refer to / use as a metafore of his own bloody hand (responsible to other person's death) or was that refer to the hand of the deceased himself.

I guess we can only wait & see more hint with more ep πŸ˜‚

The man is having similiar hairstyle to Du Shik so it's actually tricky.
Like you said, it can be too dark but we need to remember as well how it can also be served as the final test for Hye Jin, as formerly she can't accept her father marriage, him being once married maybe served to be a final plot point of her journey to learn something that she can't accept before.

Title Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha Spoiler
Nope. It doesn’t connect with the story at all - what Halmeoni said, the books, the reactions to HJ. I think…
But some said that him being once married will be relevant to the story & be her journey/ lesson to grow as a person, as formerly she can't accept her dad remarriage & even praise Chun Jae's daughter to be a lot wiser than her.

The man in the photo seem to be wearing the suit that Du Shik is about to throw tho? I posted the link above.
So higher chance the man is Du Shik himself.

Hmm, interesting take, it's plausible that he's somewhat guilty to the death of his friend (was it when he served his military enlistment) & felt guilty to his friend's family (wife & son).
But... hmmm... I find it's somewhat weird as well to carry another household family photo around, unless.. maybe his friend left it to Du Shik?

Also, since I see some photos of Seon Ho wearing his suit & carrying the actor baby, my mind may hv failed me & it turns out to be nothing/ actors just having their time taking pictures on set, lol

Yup, she's a realistic person & a product of the current environment.
I can relate to some of her take as well, but she need to filter some of her words, or wording it better πŸ˜‚

What do you guys think about his photo?
I think it's his baby & his former wife photo because idk, the photo doesn't give older photo vibes to his grandfather & kindergarten self photo.
The black suit he's about to thrown away might be his former wedding suit.

Also, idk but seeing the teenage ver of Du Shik in the flashback, he might be isn't as bright & well socialized like the current Du Shik.
So maybe it's not too farfetched if the neighbor never heard about Du Shik being married after he graduated from SNU?
Esp if later it's ended as tragedy.
He might coming back to Gyeong Jin to heal himself & purposely tiring himself out by basically doing everything & learning everything, helping other people so that he won't have any time left to be depressed & think about his past/ guilt.

Du Shik past self might be similiar to the current Hye Jin but he learned the harsh way & become his current self rn.
That's why maybe he can't seem to leave Hye Jin alone & help her to be more socialized/ learned her mistake as he see a part of him in her.

Title Stand by Me Spoiler
Without spoiling anything, I hate this type of ambiguous ending! This is like the 3rd drama I've watched where…
Their ending is not ambiguous at all tho? It's a clear sad ending to me, he died & that's for sure. The leads will only hv their happy ending in their next life/ their next drama South Winds Knows My Mood πŸ˜„

I think people really need to consider Korea's social norms when judging some of the ish that goes down in this…
It isn't abnormal to think that way, but some things are meant to be left unsaid otherwise like what you've suggest, she's no better than her collegue friend at that wedding, she's hurting others just like what they did to her there.

For instance, to think a person isn't good looking is different with saying it outloud to the person at how "ugly" he is, there's some boundaries need to be set & common ground as to why certain things are meant to be left unsaid.

She can use a better terms to say her point to draw her line, ie. every person is different, I'm not like you who's born/ meant to be socialized, I prefer to have my owntime, alone, even if it means you'll see me as an uncivil/ unsocialized person, so I'd appreciate if you can respect my choice & give me some space, or say how their personality aren't compatible & took a distance from him on her own, etc.
Instead, she choose to point out at how nosy he is, how he has a different social class, how she's out of his league & so on.
I mean, I understand why she's been all defensive, but I won't acknowledge/ deemed what she did is right nor a proper way to do.

True, tbh knowing her character, I find Du Shik is pretty much all set to doom whatever reaction he gave to her, if he take the incident seriously, I'm pretty much sure she'll be throwing her jab too how he's getting all ahead of himself & she's out of his league, why take such lil' incident as a big deal & so on.

She's been caught in her most vulnerable state so her spikes/ thorn is set at max, whatever reaction he give to her, I see no better outcome coming for him πŸ˜‚

While I get her character, I do hope Hye Jin can lower her defense/ thorn for quite a bit, because ngl, since the Du Shik that we know is already suffered from traumatic experience, so whenever she throw her thorns, it feels like witnessing a stab to an already injured person, I was like ouch ouch

Yes, agree, DS is actually giving her an easy escape route so that she won't get herself embarassed but she's been taking it all wrong & took that as him belittling her feelings when actually it's never be the case.

Im really confused about this, does HJ like DS? More than that, does she know she likes DS? Why was she so offended…
I think she is in the stage of denial & her pride won't let her acknowledge that she's falling for him when he doesn't seem like so/ being nonchalant about it.

Idg either why would she be that mad to him, would she prefer him questioning everything & keep pestering on her at what she did to him when she's drunk?
in my case I'd be relieved to be given an easy escape route & pretend nothing has ever happened, why would I choose to make something so big over it when I'm clearly at disadvantage πŸ˜‚.

Title Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha Spoiler
I love both main leads and see where they're coming from, I acknowledge how their conflicts are necessary as they both are like polar opposite character, so seeing how they argued & learn from eachother's pov is actually a good thing.

But tbh I don't think what Du Shik said to her is as troublesome as others might hv think, and it's not because I'm biased over Seon Ho.

If I positioned myself at the opposite party where:

A. I kissed the guy I like when I'm drunk & he pretends not knowing and said all the things Du Shik hv said to Hye Jin, I won't be mad, why? The kiss happen when I'm not 100% conscious with my own feelings, do I really like him or is it just a mere attraction on the spot or would I want to go further over it? No one knows, I myself may not even clear or understand my own feelings, wouldn't it be better to forget everything & start a clean slate like Du Shik suggest and not be all awkward over it, if I want to go further, it'll be only when I'm clearly sober & acknowledge what I did.

B. I'm getting along with a new friend of mine, but suddenly he said that I'm not qualified enough to be his friend, we hv a different social positioned & he won't make friends with just anyone.
Let's be honest here, wouldn't any of you will be hurt when hearing such words from a person whom you acknowledge as a friend?

I mean, it doesn't mean I don't understand her, but I think it's pretty clear which words hurts more when you hear it yourself.

The incident started due to their disliking on their management / production house, they don’t want YAng zi…
Still, I prefer not knowing any of that..
Ik xinxia is about cgi but having more cgi doesn't make it better & I personally prefer lesser cgi as I tends to cringe when there's a lot of it.

Idk, am not into cgi, I prefer less cgi with more real fight/ action scenes than action with lots cgi tbh

Am currently watching AOL & I think it's on par with LAR, LAR probably has fewer CGI scenes but some scenes I prefer LAR tbh (cringe at some AOL CGI, rather overdone for me) πŸ˜…
