Agree, in fact, if they make her character has none romantic attachment towards GO, just a straight detective with high moral ground who only see GO as her friend, everything that she do is based on what she find herself without GO biasedly told her, then she'll be one of the better character here.

But the writer just had to make her character no more than GO simp, do everything on his behalf and babysit him all the time,
they wasted her character just like that.

Lol, what SH did wrong is to fell for GO & influenced by his stupidity and cloudy judgement without actual proof.

We're just pointing out how you didn't get the whole drama & read it all wrong with all that much skipping.
No one forcing you to continue watching, lol.

Yes, he's been living a tormented & miserable life that none would understand, and to see how he's been self blaming and loose the will to actually explain himself is so heartbreaking & pure tragic 😭

For a guy who shd be a judge in SK who's known to be very competitive in study & marks, GO appears to be brainless to me.
He never has the ability to think himself & make up his own damn fickle mind. He change his mind more often than babies change their diapers, gawd frustating af!

China is so lucky indeed, I've only discover Cheng Yi recently & oh boy, it's the best feeling, what a discovery of a gem.
It's sad that he ain't getting that much of recognition he deserves, yet, hopefully they'll realized it soon what a gem of actor they have here.

I respect your opinion, but tbh never in my whole life I'd expect Cheng Yi will be brought up at the same sentence with stiff, let alone wooden.
Acting is my biggest priority when watching dramas & I find him as one of the best actor if not the best one out there, because he's not acting, he embodied the character himself when he do his role.
Maybe if you understand his character better you'd understand that it's the accurate & natural portrayal of what the character should be feeling without overacting.
He bottles up everything & always have to surpress whatever feelings he had for real.
We'll see more various emotion as the drama progress, but whatever it is, I believe Cheng Yi will nailed it.
I've only discover this actor recently, but I've been blown away with his acting in whatever play I've seen him in. Even his eyes speaks more than what the words did.

No, it doesn't refer to any form of relationship, you'll understand when you've seen ep 17-18, better watch it yourselves than getting spoiled :)
