Park Seo Joon will be making a surprise appearance in tvN’s “Record of Youth.”

Park Seo Joon’s agency Awesome ENT shared the news on September 16 and revealed that the actor has already finished filming for his role.

According to sources, Park Seo Joon agreed to appear in the drama as a result of his relationships with both Park Bo Gum and writer Ha Myung Hee. Park Bo Gum previously made a cameo appearance in JTBC’s “Itaewon Class,” and Park Seo Joon also appeared in the Ha Myung Hee’s 2013 drama “A Word From Warm Heart.”

If for you it's normal to have a romantic relationship with a person who had the same dna & exact same face like your own parent then so be it, ship them all the way you can. I never said it otherwise. All of my comment was my take/opinion/pov which I'd never ship them as such because of my own reason due to their blood/ dna relation.

You know, if majority people who watch the drama sees that disturbing romance line/hint with their interactions/ scenes, then the problem lies in the production team itself. Why would they even add it at the first place. It's not the viewers fault if they got distracted because that is concerning matters that can disgusted people. It's a deal breaker for most people as they never sign for that kind of romance when they started this drama.

So I think rather than blaming it on the viewers, blaming it on the production team is more appropriate, the source of the problem.
They can simply write off any possible romance between this two, mother & son (which's disturbing to see) from the table if they want to, or even stop hinting at them, but they don't.

What does YTY personality nor Kim Hae Sun the actress has any relevancy to this? I think you need to stop bringing unrelevant matter, I never said anything or having any prejudice to her character & I told you already that it was written in her official character description that PSY is her fake id. Am just stating THE FACT that Yoon Tae Yi 1992, 2010, 2020, 2050 had the same exact DNA because THAT IS how DNA works, so either ver of her will STILL related to Jin Gyeom. You won't be exist if you're not born from the same parent & you won't be named Yoon Tae Yi & had the exact same face as her, Lol, pararel world doesn't work like that either.

Plus her name is the same, remember the people at Alice called 2050 Tae Yi (JG's mom) as Tae Yi as well! She is the same person as Prof Tae Yi, only came from a different timeline/ dimension which means they had the same 100% exact DNA

It's only natural to feel that way, if there's anyone to ship it will be any main with the 2nd lead. Although with ep 6 idk anymore if they're going that way or even without romance because it feels like the director forcing the romance between the main no matter how gross it might have shown to the viewers, even with the idea itself.
I don't get why they made it like that, when Min Hyuk as a character is under utilized & interesting as a character to be develop further in relation with Tae Yi.
As very well Do Yeon with Jin Gyeom.
Or even without romance, this drama will still be much better than having it between the main.

Yes that's why at first they offered the role to Jang Ki Young as one of YG models but he declines. If you notice, they tweak the story from model to model who dream as an actor to fit what PBG shines at. If I remember correctly, before PBG accept the role they told us that they still wait for some needed adjustment in the script before accepting it. Modelling is just not for everyone :)

I think their original title is Hotel Alice.
So if you want to linked them with Alice in wonderland it would be because the visitors of Hotel Alice are time travellers, so they sort of enter a wonderland when they visit Hotel Alice (read: a new universe they're time travelling to through Alice).

It's obvious that their DNA will be 100% match, they're the same person, only came from a different dimension, you'll not be exist if you're not born from the same parent. My point is, no need to make them ambigous as if they're different just to justify their incest.

Prof Tae Yi had the same 100% DNA match with Jin Gyeom's mom, so biologically speaking, if they form such relationship it will still an INCEST & their future kids mostlikely will be physically impaired. Even purebred dogs were forbid to have such connection, let alone we're talking about human here, seriously do we really need to still discuss this?! It's an incest no matter how they tried to make it doesn't seem like so.

Yep at this point, option are varies, we'll never know until they settled with their rules. And yes to "departure gates might be their tools to choose which wormholes of year they'll be travelling to", it seem to be the most plausible one indeed.

But what if, the rules wasn't being applied to Jin Gyeom because he's the choosen one as in the book, he's special because he's the product of the wormhole itself, a kid who was supposed to be born in the future but born in the past? Lmao

This drama can be confusing af as they keep giving hints which counter their previous hints one & another.

First, at Eun Soo's mom case they said the time is running slower in the future so they might stay on the past for few years & it's probably been only a few days in the future.
But with Jin Gyeom's case it's the opposite, the future is running faster as he's been in the past for few hours but a week has passed in the future.

Second, they keep giving us pararel world reference (how future Eun Soo's mom is not dead when she killed her past self too) yet something feels not right with how Oh Won at 2010 already recognized Jin Gyeom came from the future before hand & at 2020 he monitor/save him from Alice.

Is it because in JG case, he went back to the past without passing through the departure gate as he was supposed to?

Also my take rn, Oh Won isn't actually the bad person here (higher ups at Alice, maybe?) so he was infront of the gate at JG's house might be indeed to save his mom as very well probably taking the book. But it's true that he opposed the idea of time travelling itself, thus he sort of use Jin Gyeom to fullfill the prophecy/end this time travel thing just like it was told on the book of prophecy how JG/TY was the key to end Alice.

So my take is the kid with the torn paper is Tae Yi, she lost her memories before 5 due to shock witnessing her own father got murdered.
Her mom's scent is actually her future self who hugged her, 2050 Tae Yi who travelled to 1992.

And imo PSY being the daughter of TY & JG would be too much of a stretch as I think the drama has made it clear both written in the official character description & shown in the drama itself that PSY is her fake identity.
I really hope your theory won't be the case as well as I might have to drop the drama if that happens, it'd be too much for me to take & it won't be comfortable for me to watch.

I think it's obvious that she's his mom, why people think she's not? Because of the age?
Don't take her age into consideration that much, she can do numerous time travelling, her time travelled to 1992 is def not her first. Also, the time relativity is different once you time travelled & stayed in a different year than you're supposed to. She might travel to the future we never know too, so the option are varies & there can be two same person existed in the same year because they're from a different timeline.
Tae Yi is her real name, Park Sun Young is her alas.
If that's not convincing enough, that request PSY made for her son to not approach any person who had the same face as her in the future will do, because she know it beforehand. His first meeting is not hers, vice versa (similiar to SOOD).

With that being said, I hope there'll be no romantic scenes being taken anymore with this mother & son, it's so weird & uncomfortable to watch. I'd rather them have no romance whatsoever than having it between them two, oh hell no!!
