Not that different, only lil' tweak/ minor change but mostly the same, cat to turtle pet, cars accident to cars falling from cliff, fall and hit her glass table to fall from balcony, even the christmas decoration @ his house present in the korean too. Korean has ML ex fiance throw in the mix but they may not adding it up here coz ep limit/it came from the novel which's korean adapted, not from the webtoon. But overall they stay true to the original with no major change including ML's hesitation to continue their relationship.
