I don't have one but consider to subscribe either to Netflix or Youku, Youku vip for 3 months (here on promo) is equal to 1 month on Netflix so I do kinda need to know the cost for vod ep to do the math 🤣
Does anyone know how vod ep on Youku works? So if you have vip subscription you still need to pay more for vod/express ep? Is it a one time pay for all vod ep for the series? Or do we need to pay for each vod ep? How much do we need to pay for it roughly?
Sometimes I think producers are blind to not cast him as main male lead in a dark romance drama, his voice alone are FIRE, let alone that jaw, figure & acting 🤌 someone please give him meatier lead roles w/ promising scripts as he truly deserves!!

He admired her from the get go (her barefoot in the snow) & admire her even more after seeing the way she handle things (deaths, pressure, her compassion & care towards others), it's only natural for him to fall for her more & more
I'm at ep 11 & ughh the FL is so frustating & self centric, she always think everything for her own good alone & never actually listen nor show her effort/ care for the ML.
Also, while SML is delulu, but I also can't blame everything on him alone coz the FL also partly stringing him along without ever actually set her boundaries & make her feeling clear to him.
I initially like the pairing but idk given how cold she is towards the ML, I need the FL to partly redeem herself & show her effort towards the ML, before I can actually root for them to be together again, coz right now the dynamics feel pretty unbalanced.
10/24 & I hate every scene of SML with the FL, she need to draw her boundaries & he need to get slapped & thrown from his delulu land 😑 I like the drama & the ML tho 🥺
He is gone missing (abducted) after he went to conflict zone where his traumatized past started (to deal with it), the drama actually good & healing before the last 2 ep I think, so you may watch it & stop somewhere around before he went to that area. They don't show him dead tho, they even somewhat show him reunited with the FL, they make it vague/open to interpretation.

Ehm I'm not saying that it's totally justified, but passable to certain extent. Non consentual kissing is also SA, not just those aggresive restrain & it's even often being used & romanticized in dramas. What I mean is, this is apply not just for the ML but FL too, in drama there's a lot non consentual kiss also initiated by their FL, HX did that too . Just because a woman is weaker than man doesn't mean it's not SA either, for instance if a stalker fan kiss their idol, it's SA regardless she's a woman or man.
My point is, sometimes director/writer use this kind of thing to create drama/tension, just like what they did with both ZY & HX here, there's those that is too much, but here imo is quite passable.

But imho, here it's quite passable coz they know their feelings are mutual & it's only to show that his feelings for her is as crazy as hers for him & she always in his mind, which the FL also gets.
To be fair if what ZY did was consider SA then what Hu Xiu did to him shd be considered the same (as she did it too when they're not in relationship)

WYW too, funny how this afternoon I just watch Wow The World w/ CXX & WYW, and their dynamics there 🤣 , they're great actors for sure, lol. Can't wait for WTW season 2 to see other members reaction after seeing them tgt in this drama 🤣😂🤣
