If you going to complain about a drama that someone else like and call it childish with bad acting and then said you skip most of it, what do you expect those who like the drama will come and said you're right? And you should be the one to grow up and learn to phrase your comments so you wouldn't get trigger just because someone comments you have bad taste. This drama is anything but childish and it's not the creator of the drama, it's the creator of the game that praise the drama for its adaptation being as close to the game as possible, and it's not just the creator but also the game fans who praised it, so this drama does what it set out to do to restore the game into a drama version. Know that everyone has different taste and be mindful that every drama has an audience, just because you don't like it doesn't mean others don't. I would mind my own business but this is a public forum, so if you're going to comment bad mouthing a drama i like, then i also have the right to defend it.

That scene of jinzhao and qi together in that open field looks so beautiful. Jinzhao tried to recreate qi's dream and grant her wish to see the butterflies by using shifang's gadget. Didn't know shifang's gadget can do that. That stone that he used to power his gadget i wonder where it came from? Qi behaves like a little kid but the one thing we can say about her is she is not weak, she can create a sword out of her thought and it's very powerful. She has save jinzhao many times with her spell.

It's not the drama fault if you don't know how to appreciate such a unique storyline. This drama the ml and fl were even praise by the creator of the game by their portrayal of their characters. By skipping so much no wonder you don't get anything out of it, what fillers i would say everything in this drama is connected and you wouldn't understanding anything if you had skip any of it. This is a good drama that will resonate with the right audiences. Don't knock it down just because you have bad taste. I like it so much that i'm rewatching again.

She didn't wake up, it was his dream that she wakes up because he wanted her to live, she even said she couldn't move for a long time even though she can hear voices when she was in the casket. Yes let agree to disagree, you didn't like the scene while i like it.

Are you kidding me, this couple has such a strong cp that they have their own cp fans. Also this drama doesn't disappoint in the kissing scenes even if it got shorten it still is one of the few dramas that has the most kiss scenes. Also stop bringing up xukai and then put down the fl. if you don't like the fl it's not her fault or xukai's fault if you don't like the drama. What wuxia doesn't have those elements that you're talking about, if you don't like it why do you even watch it. Calling this drama bland, what exactly are you looking in a drama, this is to me a very good drama with two very engaging leads and great chemistry. Can you tell me what dramas do you consider not bland lol.

I don't consider as her faking her death, she even explained she couldn't move and can only hear what was happening. Also you said she didn't take any medicine to hide her pulse but she was given a medicine by her fake brother and they even think he gave her a medicine that fake her own death, and it was the same medicine that was given to the ml's father to fake his death so he could escape the traitor general at the beginning. She could only move after sometimes being in the casket, so she waited for the right moment to come out of that casket, whether it was a plot device or not it was effective as it gave them a chance to fight together. Also you said how are these guys made inside the throne room, isn't it because the minister was working on the inside and dismissed the prince's men who are loyal and replace with his own people? Also even if the prince is powerful he could be overpower as well as they have the king and queen as hostages so they thought they were at an advantage. That scene at the end of them fighting together was one of my most favorite scenes in this drama, as well as the ml entering the palace with the casket.

So you refer to the same one that i'm talking about. This guy was always in the dark, he was the one who played both sides from the beginning when he was helping the traitor general. Later on he helped fl's brother because he got threatened by him to expose his dealing with the traitor general. I thought he became greedy and want more power after he realizes he could manipulated the emperor to do his bidding because of his hatred for his own son, even more power than relying on his daughter relation to the crown prince after the crown prince fall out with her. Her family tried to have her drugged the ml to get her with child, but after she got found out, she could not get his trust again. The ml also found out about his dealing with the fl's brother and the enemies from the fl's brother servant, so i think he realizes he would be expose eventually that's why he chose to side with the enemy.

Who do you consider the villains in this drama. There're a few in this drama, and if their objectives change they have their reasons that i thought make perfect sense, there is one that was always in the dark, so we never knew his objective but obviously he was playing both sides.

Thanks for sharing, these two dramas got so much hate but they turn out to have the most love from fans of these two shows that speak of their quality. Let see how they endure over times. I love both of these dramas, xukai play two characters in these two dramas and show his great acting. Now he can shut those haters down, now that they can't complain about his acting, they're starting to come for his private life. It's not easy being popular in centz, there will always someone who jealous of your success and wants to bring you down.

Why is the rating for this drama goes down? Xukai has some dedicated haters, most of his dramas went down in rating mysteriously. Should i be happy for xukai, does that means he gotten more popular, those who hated his dramas will just bring more attention to his dramas. This drama is such a fun and easy drama to spend your time on ^^

Rewatching this drama, and those voices qi heard when she absorb those orbs were what her mother consider as human dark emotions and as a result kun got affected by those dark emotions and became mad. In this case qi was also affected, but because jinzhao was there, he was able to help qi so she wasn't affected and the other effect is she became more powerful. Also her body also show those marking only after she absorb those orbs.

There're many nice phrases i like in that drama, one that xian qing said to zhao yan i thought was really cool. " I can die for anyone, but i only live for one person " Does any of you have a phrase you like in this drama. Another phrase i like of bian luo huan refering to himself and jinzhao something like thirteen years does not equal to three years of affection...

Yeah i'm a slow watcher. I was watching it on youtube, but i gotten tired of waiting for new eps so i found another website to watch it all in one go ^^

I got really emotional in that scene when qi was eating the egg noodle and remembering how jin zhao made the egg noodle for her. Jin zhao used to think qi can't live without him, but then he finally realizes qi is strong enough that she can live without him, that's why he was able to entrust qi to mingxiu. In that conversation she has with that little girl. qi shows how mature she was, her understanding that she was able to be a child was because she has jinzhao to protect her, now that he died she has to grown up and can't be dependent on anyone else but herself. I didn't realize jinzhao only live for four years, qi want to revive him because she thinks he deserves to live longer than four years, by asking for his life qi has to give up something of herself as a result she gave up her memory of him, and the people who knew her. That older brother of bian luo huan exchange his life to give jin zhao life, but his life was too short so by adding in qi's wish jinzhao was able to get his life extended longer. The jinzhao that got wish back is the jinzhao that was in qi's memory that qi forgotten, however they both still have the fish memento the both of them gave each other. At the end when they finally met again, it doesn't look like they forgot each other, even though they don't have memory of each other anymore, they feel a sense of familiarity to each other. Could the memory that they loss can be recover by their feelings for each other? it looks like they both remember each other by the way they' keep looking back at each other. Mingxiu met jinzhao and felt he was familiar so she didnt truly forgotten him, she still felt a sense of familiarity when meeting jinzhao so qi being with jinzhao for four years would be able to recognize him by the longer she spend time with him right? This is what i'm going to convince myself is what happens.

Xian qing and zhao yan finally kiss at last, even though it was on the cheek lol, so xian qing and her finally found immortality because xian quing finally gotten his hair back to black at the end. I didn't expect too much about the ending, but i have to say it's a good ending. Kun went back into slumber, and the yu people went into stasis. Kind of interesting that kun in order to save the yu clan would sacrifice humans without any thoughts, but she could be so kind to the yu people. Would she kill her own daughter if she has won? So the mist soul is needed for zhu yu to stay in slumber otherwise she could wake up, and the humans will be at harm again? The yu clan and shu xuan want to save their own people even if they have to hurt humans but after they loss they seem to be more reasonable and willing to negotiate, qi agree to help them by using her power to keep kun in slumber.

At the end, mingxiu was reminiscing and she remembered both jinzhao and qi, so does that mean she doesn't lose her memory of them?

You're just starting the drama and i just finished the drama. I think i might rewatch it to get a better understanding of the drama now that i can finally watch it in one go ^^

The zhengwu alliance and the hengdao sect were enemies, but they could set aside their differences and work together to fight against zhu yu. So shifang's mother came from the hengdao sect, it's interesting the hengdao sect is known as a gadget city and their technological advantage is that they can fly and attack via air strikes while the zhengwu alliance is consist of people fighting on the ground and attack with physical weapons as a result they suffer greater casualties. I have to admire the leader of the zhengwu alliance, he didn't like the hengdao sect, but he can still see the big picture and takes the blame for his own decision to side with the hengdao sect. Some of the fight scenes were shortened i wonder why, could it be because they were not as important as the main fights or they didn't have a big budget due to how expensive cgi could be? Anyway zhu yu is so strong, she is consider the big bad boss even with so many helps from the people around qi and jinzhao they were still no match for her. This is what we would call the final boss fight in an rpg game i suppose, this drama made me nostalgic to when i used to play rpg games when i was younger ^^
