This drama every character has an important role to play. I got so emotional in these last few episodes. Even support characters could get me so emotional. The name of this drama is sword and fairy 6 and the number 6 is really meaningful because it's their group of six's journey and adventure together. I love it. Shifang has grown so much in such a short time, he always gave a feeling of being hesitant and weak will, but he has changed and becomes much stronger and is not a coward anymore. I'm proud of him, having friends around has given him so much courage and strength, he's even willing to give up on his own feelings for shuo xian whom he has a huge crush on to protect his friends ^^

If you don't like her voice, then it's best to drop it, just don't rate the drama down if you didn't completely watch the drama. It would be too bad if people judge this drama because of the poor rating when it rating should be much higher than it's getting.

So it's true all luo huan's love ones really forgot about him, that little girl mistaken jinzhao for luohuan and even called him her brother, imagine the many times she injured him lmao. Even though his siblings all forgotten him, they still felt something missing, so his absence is still felt by them, it would be a comfort to him if he knew this.

According to jinzhao group, in order for zhu yu to absorb rehai, she and the yu clan have to travel down to earth, so zhu yu has been tricked by maiming and xuwei with the fake rehai key, the purpose of xuwei is for zhu yu to undo the bloodbinding with mist soul. And the quindao sect want to team up with the zhengwu alliance to defeat zhu yu. The qingdao sect want to use the qiyuan orbs to control zhu yu so they were willing to sacrifice the lives of many people on earth to do that to save the six realms. Jin zhao is different from luohuan, he doesn't want to sacrifice the many human lives as a means to an end like the qingdao sect is doing. That's the biggest difference between jinzhao and luohuan.

I do think he gotten skinnier, but where did you see him looks bad. I saw some pics of his new drama and he's just as handsome as he always is, true he lost some baby fat but I see it as him looking older as he ages. I think xukai always looks good whether he's gains weigh or loss weight, it's his choice to keep his weight how he wants though I refer him to keeps his baby fat but it's his choice if he wants to lose it. Xukai always has huge eyes and they're his best feature, anyway I don't care how he looks I just hope he can stay healthy and happy. I think it's just a cycle of his due to his work schedule, but once he takes a rest and finishes his filming he will gains back his weight. I don't know much about the fl, but I don't think xukai takes advice from her, he just eats more healthy and exercise more to get in better shape. Xukai has been wearing lots of makeup recently, I wonder if he has a new makeup artist, he's one actor that looks good with or without make up, I just like it better if he wears less makeup. And I haven't noticed he loss his dimples, can you lose dimples lol 😆.

Yes I noticed that too, I think the reason his most recent dramas don't focus on romance and lots the actresses he paired with are older than him as I saw many times those who commented were always complaining about chemistry as the reason they dropped the dramas. Mdl viewers are more focus on romance as we can see most of those dramas with high rating are dramas with couples that they like and shipped. I'm one of the rare viewers don't watch dramas for romance only because I think it's kind of boring, I watched for the plot while those who watching for romance would skip his dramas because they think it's too boring or does not focus on romance enough, or the many petty reasons like the actresses are not pretty enough, or too old, or not good in acting, or with Esther yu case her voice is annoying. Wol is only exception that has a strong focus on romance. Xukai is the rare actor who is truly in love with acting and is accepting dramas not to make himself more popular but in order to get better in acting, I hope he will have more luck and better projects in his future, and his dramas will get more love from audiences like wol ^^

Your explanation makes sense I always thought it was because it was forbidden since he was always avoiding it when she brought up her feeling for him. I saw other dramas in the past with such theme about master student relations and it was forbidden there so I thought it applies here as well. But what you said made me see it in another light because he found out from her he only got three years to live, and when she met him in the future he saw how she was doing well even after his death, so he thinks it's possible for her to find friends for her to be able to live on without him in her life since she has always been attached to him since she was a child when he rescued her.

Qi body has those scales that grows on her and it appears the first time when she absorbed the qiyuan orbs in the first episode I think, I remember jinzhao saw it on her body and was surprised and thought he was hallucinating at the time that means she didn't have those scales in the three years living with him. So those qiyuan orbs work the same for her as her mother can use it to grows her strength, but it also made her grows in madness because it includes human dark emotion. Zhu yu seeking rehai because she couldn't control her dark emotion and want an alternate power source. Interesting qi didn't have the same dark emotion as zhu you experienced when she absorbed the orbs could it be because of jinzhao helping her overcome it?

Luo huan's brother got badly injured because he used himself to exchange for something at the dragon pool, that was the fake rehai key ring that was given to shi xian. The real one was given by maiming to zhao yan already.

He has loss some weight but what does that has to do with the fl. Xukai does get effected by all those haters complaining about his weight and that's why he was dieting in the past, but what I see from many of his variety shows and his interviews he loves to eat and it hasn't changed, he just is more health conscious and also doing more work out to make his body looks fits. He now has muscles as I saw some of his posted photos. He doesn't have that baby fat on his cheek anymore though and I kind of miss it, however xukai is not anorexic, where did you get that from? He looks older as he loss his baby fat but he's more manly.

So jinzhao's left eye that can see the future was a gift given by bian luo huan. That explains why he can see only short instant into the future because it's luo huan's memory, isn't that a miracle that his gift still exists even though he disappeared 😭. How cruel to be forgotten by the people who love you, I can understand why he said he's not ready who would knowing by exchanging himself for Jinzhao he will cease to exist in the world, and even his voice recording to qi also disappear and she forgotten him. I feel so bad for him jinzhao said luohuan is still alive as long as his wish and mission is carry through by him and qi even if he's forgotten by them. Luo huan gave Jin zhao the name, that name has a lots of meaning as it's his wish for him to move forward from the past. That dragon pool dude once told them among them two of them will died, so he just said Jin zhao will die in the future, so who's the other person, could it be shifang, he has given up on his feeling for shi xian, and said he is willing to give up himself to exchange like luohuan, he has come a long way he used to be scare of dying now he's willing to make sacrifices.

So happy for ming xiu finally able to meet her master one last time. So that other time when she said her master behaved weirdly after she meet up with him, it was because he saw her future self and her wish to have him put a flower in her head was granted. I'm happy for her, what was the reason for him to cut down her favorite tree and planted a different tree, is it because he found out he only get to live for three years? Does anyone think ming xiu's master also has feeling for her, and he's hiding his feeling because it's forbidden?

How do you understand it skipping so much, I'm the opposite and watch it slowly and even rewatch the scenes a few times to understand everything in the ep lol.

We don't know why they don't show the three years when they first met, but I didn't need it because I saw their daily interactions and it was enough for me. We know jinzhao took care of qi when they first woke up and she was like a baby with no language skill as I saw someone said about the game introduction. The reason could be they want to show qi as more mature than how she was three years ago, or they afraid viewers will not be receptive to them being lovers after seeing him taking care of her as a child. But in their daily living, we saw Jin zhao and qi teasing each other, Jin zhao cooking for her, qi relying on jinzhao's guidance and his jealousy when he saw someone else shows interest in her. It could be boring to show these things as they were living together and doing the same things over and over as you said about seeing something that has been done before. Anyway even with three years of memory at the start qi was showed to be very childlike, not wary of anyone and doesn't understand about intimacy between the opposite sex, when she saw him taking a bath she didn't react like other young ladies, she teased him without understanding the differences between male and female, or why he was acting modest. We get to see jinzhao's reaction to qi as the opposite sex or him finally realizes his feeling for her as more than familiarity. This drama was adapted from the game and I think it was aimed at a younger audiences as it's family friendly, jinzhao taking a bath with his clothes on, or the relationship between ming xiu and her master never crosses anything other than a teacher student relationship even though we all knew how much ming xiu love her master. Xian qing and zhao yan relationship were also platonic even though we knew how much xian qing care for zhao yan, we were never showed them having any intimacy qi and jinzhao kiss to show their relationship have crossed the point of familiarity and becoming lovers. I think this was done deliberately because the romance isn't the main focus but family, friendship and heroism are. This share the same theme with the other older Chinese paladin.

Bian luohuan is an existence that shares a connection to Jin zhao, his future was exchanged for him, I also feel very sad for his existence was erased in order to correct the future. As a result his relationship with qi also loss to time. Xukai was able to showcase both sides to bian luo huan and jinzhao, showing their differences and similarities. Jinzhao can be say to be the future bian luohuan, while bian luohuan is the past, both has something the other missing. Jinzhao has no past, his only existence was because of qi, bian luo huan has no future, he sacrificed his own relationship to qi in order to save humanity in the future. It was a heroic move but also sad at the same time. I feel for the both them, Jin zhao has been looking for his past for three years only to find out he didn't have a past, bian luohuan knowing he doesn't have a future but wanting to hold on to his memory of qi because he couldn't move on.
