I think ml was following fl in order to get back the ration that was taken by fl's army. Fl knew ml was following her so she tried to lose him but failed. So they decided to work together after they were hunted by their enemies.

I'm confused why is that guy that follows lcf is so loyal to him, so he's not general cui yi man as I thought but lcf's personal servant. Commander han is so loyal to the crown prince's son, is he death from falling down the cliff, because in cdrama you don't die from falling down a cliff commonly. Also the emperor and his oldest son are so dumb that they're kind of entertaining in a caricature way ^^

I don't have any problems with bailu. I used to like their pairing but ever since her fans keeps attacking his other pairings i don't care for it anymore. Also I like fl centric dramas, what I don't like is love triangle, but it's true his dramas with her she spent more time with sml than him lol, but that's the same with most of his dramas that are fl centric. I'm glad this drama and his last drama are different and fl doesn't spend so much time with sml. I don't understand why in cdramas they just wanted to create conflicts by adding love triangle, at this time I'm so annoyed by it that I would rather watch drama with no romance just so i could get away from love triangle lol.

Finally cuilin get back her name and start to wear female clothes. She looks pretty in her female outfits ^^

Thanks for reminding me of that, you're right I was wondering how did he changed so much from thinking that tribe was his enemy to betraying his family for them. So it could be the medicine he took from that tribe that caused him to go over the edge.

I think she has some good points, I don't always agree with her but she does have some inside knowledge what she talks about when she rants on certain dramas. Xukai doesn't get her love because most of his dramas she doesn't watch or she watches only a few episodes of his drama then dropped like ancient love poetry and court lady. I find it surprising that she has never ranted on any of his dramas so maybe his dramas just not so popular to get such treatment, or his dramas are not bad like some she consider trash. I think she can be entertaining when trashing on a popular dramas that others like but she didn't lol. I also watched Marcus here as well, he's more neutral I agree ^^

So from the beginning, general cui yi has been hiding his daughter not just from the court but also from his own army. That's why when he was poisoned, his army automatically took the fake son as their commander without questions over his real daughter authority. He clearly wants to give the fake cuilin back his own name and announced to the world he's his adopted son. However he hasn't done it yet before he was poisoned, and that fake cuilin wants to use that knowledge to take over his army and force the real cuilin to marry him. That fake cuilin is becoming more delusional, didn't think he was that crazy until now, even poisoned the man he took as his father just so he could marry his daughter. Or poisoned the girl he supposed to love just so he could kill her lover. This guy is even more crazy than any other delusional characters I seen in other dramas that don't know how to give up. To think he couldn't tell the girl he wanted to marry only see him as a brother. It's so satisfying seeing cuilin threatening him with a sword in order to protect lini and didn't believe him when he tried to frame lini for poisoning her father ^^

In this drama, there are three couples and I like all three of them. The rebel general and the ex crown princess is an interesting couple since they can't be together even though I can tell ex-crown princess has feeling for him, she will not let him rule and would do anything to protect her son interest including killing the guy she loves. This is what a mother would do to protect her son from anyone who means him harms ^^

He knew her identity from end of ep 7 and beginning of ep 8, and she knew he knew in ep 17 if I remember correctly.

The one that commented on xukai's acting probably didn't watch the drama. Xukai has been praised so much for his acting in this drama, so we can weed out all the haters, also it's kind of weird to be so particular about acting. Do people watch dramas caring about only acting, not about the storyline? I kind of notice something similar someone wrote about snow eagle lord on viki, something like xukai can't act, he can't carry the drama by himself so I have to drop the drama at a certain ep, Thanks for the laugh ^^

Finally we can watch another new episode of this drama today. Is anyone still watching. It seems those who finished watching have move on to other dramas and stop commenting here. Let keep the comments positive. If you like this drama, comment on what you like about it, I'm tired of reading only negative comments. It makes people think there's nothing good in this drama to watch. I really like the opening ost, I think it's my favorite ost in the whole drama. I never skip it everytime I'm watching an episode. I also like the ending ost. I think the opening reflect the pov of fl, and the ending reflects ml's pov ^^

The storyline and romance goes together. You can watch a few episodes to see if it's something you like ^^

I don't know since I can't verified. This has nothing to do with international fans anyway, I'm not sure what their problem is for keep bringing it up since xukai and bailu haven't pair for so long, and it's not like she's pairing with only him as ml, she's pairing with many other actors too, but they have an obsession with him for some reason and think only xukai fans hating on her.

He exploded in 2018 from story of yanxi palace. Legend was his first male lead drama. But due to all the bad rumors between him and bailu and his ex's accusations it really hurt his reputation. Even though legend and arsenal military academy was doing well, they didn't receive as much attention because of all the bad rumors. And now everytime those people who want to badmouth him would called all his dramas trash because his other dramas are not as popular as story of yanxi palace which he wasn't even the male lead.

I find some of those people are kind of immature. They kept complaining about bailu being attacked by xukai's fans. This has nothing to do with international fans btw, but they wanted to create a problem for xukai and turned bailu into a victim by saying it's xukai's fault. She's an adult but they treated her like she was a child and needed protection from some of his fans lol. And the fact they haven't cooperate for a long time, but they still complains about his fans that it becomes ridiculous. I think both xukai and bailu have fans who don't want them to cooperate and want them to pair with other people, while it's the CP fans who can't accept that they're not working together anymore and attack any pairing that's not bailu. It's really immature since in my opinion bailu has done very well by pairing with other actors, while due to his ex's accusations most of xukai's pairings are with older actresses, and also his dramas took a while to air because of all the bad rumors between him and bailu. Court lady took more than two years to air due to all those bad rumors. He only starts to get back to working normally since 2021.

What with those people who want to compare this drama to sokp, are they that similar in plot, why keeps bringing up this drama and sokp together. There must be some other dramas that are closer in plot to sokp than this drama that they can compare like let say lost you forever being both has a reverse harem, something to make a discussion about the similarities and differences. If all they're doing is bashing this drama because it's not to their liking, are they that desperate to bring attention to that other drama when it was more popular than this one. Also can we stop bringing up sokp, I think it's enough to know some people have an obsession of this drama, but we should stay on topic and focus on this drama rather than discussing another drama.

Yeah it can be said she's bias towards xukai. I remember her review on once upon a time in lingjian mountain, and she praised the fl but didn't mention xukai as the ml when he was praised so much in that drama. Anyway I noticed she doesn't watch his dramas and only mentioned his dramas in passing, but she would watch some other dramas she consider trash just because it's popular to viewers. I guess the dramas i watch don't follow those dramas people consider popular, as a result not many watched those dramas, while i only watch cdramas after I fall in love with xukai's acting, before that I only watch a few I like or if it has a good storyline and in the genre I like. I also remember she watched only a few episodes of court lady in the beginning and complained the sound was too loud. Court lady in my opinion is a turning point for xukai and showcase his powerful acting, and it made me realizes how serious of an actor he is since he did all his fighting scenes, and I also heard he gotten injured from filming that drama. It made me appreciate him as a serious actor ever since ^^

Yeah but it also makes us totally in the dark how many dramas offer he has that's what I mean. And it's only when the time to shoot his new drama that we get to know about the synopsis. Like his next drama, I heard about it for a while but there's still no drama page for it, it was there in his profile page and then gotten taken down and i have no idea why some of these rumors stayed up for other actors/actressess, but xukai got taken down.

I'll have to watch that drama to see for myself how good that drama is lol. Was watching avenue x, and she didn't have such a good opinion about sokp as some of these people seem to praise it, and badmouthing another totally unrelated drama. Also some comments on YouTube complained about the ml being abusive towards the fl, is this kind of what you consider as a good drama having the ml abused the fl, for this drama the fl keeps being complained for not being sweet to the ml, but do you think it's ok for the ml to be abusive to the fl I wonder 🤔
