Me too I don't rewatch dramas often if at all and most of the dramas I rewatch has xukai as main. This happens to be the drama I rewatch the most ^^

Lini brothers are something else, to betrayed their own brother and helping outsiders. I'm sad for him having to deal with such brothers when he care so much for them likewise with his father. I'm missing the brothers and father xukai character has in court lady, they were so caring and loving, what a different.

I'm liking the second couple, they also makes a cute couple dumb guy and smart girl. The guy who played general pei has played in so many dramas with xukai court lady, she and her perfect husband, royal feast and in this drama I'm liking that he's playing lini's friend again like in she and her perfect husband. They have a good chemistry. Also the main couple is so romantic writing letters to each other, it's so funny when their letters were researched by those men looking for something to incriminate cuilin when all along they were just love letters ^^

These are not fans, but antifans if all they care about is his good looks. It would be better for him if they leave him alone because no actors want such fans to follow them, who doesn't care about his acting only his good looks and would fat shamed him everytime he gained weight. There're so many good looking guys in cent, they can always find a pretty face that checks all their requirements. Reading this article makes me even more angry, how can someone be so insensitive to write such garbage, that's why I doubt this is written by a true fan. Xukai has good acting and that's why he has many loyal fans who followed him, and he's always striving to improve on his acting by acting variety of roles. To judge him on eating when he's a growing guy, and has to do so many fight scenes in drama that's why he needs to eat to keep up his strength. Xukai is so skinny, he should gain some weight to be more healthy in my opinion.

I heard as early as story of yanxi palace, he was called fat because he gained some weight. These actors looked so skinny, but they're still being called fat. And in some interviews they even weighed him and asked him about his weight? I think some of these actors are under lots of scrutiny to maintain their body weight. In alp he was called fat for having a chubby cheeks, I thought he was so healthy at that time, now he got too skinny, although I think this is due to him working out and that's why he gotten even skinnier, but he gains some muscle so that's a good thing for him to film action scenes ^^

I think fl already has feelings for ml, she's just more secretive. In ep 10, we get a bit of her childhood, she was raised by her father after her mother died and trained to be a warrior since young. She's much more ambitious than ml whom only desire to live a simpler life. Both of them have different life experiences growing up, so it's understandable how they both approach things differently, ml is much more honest about his feelings, fl hides many secrets I think because of her being female she can't show weakness that why even though she loves him she doesn't want those in her army to know and questions her authority.

Good to hear, I'm ok with it in historical but not for modern since it never done well in my opinion. Xukai last modern drama also has sml who also has feelings for fl, and it just doesn't sit well with me how he was given so much screen times to romance the fl. I feel so bad for xukai's character being pushed to the side like he was a side character.

Yeah xukai dramas usually take longer to air most take a year or more to get broadcasting license. This is the first drama of his that gotten one that fast, I wonder if it has to do with it being a modern drama. The last modern drama of his was she and her perfect husband, and i remember waiting for it to release because it didn't have a TV release date, so in the end it was released online instead.

A lot of things that you pointed it out are kind of obvious to those who watch. So not sure who are you raging at, since those who watched these dramas already accepted those trope. That's why I said if you can't deal with it then don't watch. Also you're complaining about ml being faithful to fl while fl are not as faithful to ml, is because most of those watchers are women. I like that ml are faithful to fl , if you don't like this trope, then looks for dramas with jerk mls then who cheated on fl, asian culture is different from western and value fidelity so you won't see dramas with cheater mls. In she and her perfect husband, ml also has an ex girlfriend whom he interacted with. In falling into your smile it was explained ml only will date girl who can beat him in video game, but it never said whether he has dated before, but those gamers who wanted to get girlfriends find it hard to get one because of their schedules. This is what happened to fl's ex and why she decides to break up with him. Ml fell for fl because they both had the same interest. Not understanding why you think any of that has any relevant, what it's widely accepted is women like men to be faithful. Although I don't like how dramas always writes sml and sfl, but if you watched many cdramas it's become a common trope, and it's something you got to accept if you're watching cdramas.

Regarding ten miles, ml hurt fl so he has to ask her forgiveness. Saying he got hurt for her doesn't change the fact that he took her eyes to give to another girl. She was living in depression that she has to take her own life to escape that was extreme and he has to take part of the blame for not being able to protect the woman he loves.

I think ep 10 has to be my favorite so far, I really like the atmosphere and the moment of silent the two leads have to be able to communicate and share their childhood and experiences with each other. Lini invites cuilin to the wonderland in his imagination and she agrees to go with him. Both of them share a connection and I just think that open field is so beautiful and it looks like both of their horses are also into each other lol, now I'm wondering what's the wonderland lini invites cuilin to is it the border he was stationed at or is it that open field and hut he prepared for them both while they were sheltered from the rain. Also lini teaching cuilin to skip stone is such a cute scene ^^

We got your point already. If it's a deal breaker for you why do you keeps watching it just to get angry over it. From my point of view, the sml used to be her family, he kept her secret identity against outsiders and has been with her since young. There's always a saying you can't choose family, you can put up with them like lini is doing with his family no matter how badly they treated him. With ml the reason she can acted out because she knows he will not get angry with her, it's only with the person you love that you show your true self even at your worse and they will still accept you. It's a nice love story. In term of being predictable, dramas with sml turning bad for fl I don't see as often as sml sacrificed for fl, so let wait and see if this sml will also be self sacrificing than you can call it predictable.

I heard he was filming happy camp with jing tian to promote wonderland of love, so we should expect it to come out soon I think. Does anyone has any info about this?

Lini's west pacifying army provides the comedy in this drama. They're so funny, their fake fighting is so obvious, and to fight among themselves instead of their enemy lol. I hope nothing will happen to them, they're so loyal to him and listens to his commands without a doubt it was the right choice for him to make. Also really like lini and cuilin characters, their romance is so cute. Her making a bet and him putting off guard by her action. From their conversation, they both have an understanding and are on the same page about wanting to bring peace to the country and in their objective. How will their objective changes as drama progresses. Can't wait to see how things played out. That general loyalty to sun jing is admirable, too bad there can only be one victor.

Ending is good for main CP, a complete ending rather than an open ending. Also showing their child at the end.
