Lots of time when these lists comes up and they put the reason due to the acting that's why drama is not well received, I know those people didn't watch the drama, they just go by anti who didn't even watch drama and rated it low. I thought the acting for main leads were great in snow eagle lord, they were the reason drama was watchable for me, otherwise some of the side characters were so bad. I heard that was due to the drama didn't follow novel. And agree about xukai, he put lots of efforts in that drama, his spear fighting was incredible that's why I just think it's insulting when someone said something bad about the drama by saying main leads didn't work hard on their characters. What a fake review.

Lini doesn't have a good relationship with his father and brothers, so to him meeting ciulin she fulfilled a need of companionship, someone who challenges him and can compete on an equal footing. I hope their relationship stays strong, and she will be someone he can trust to the end, who will be his ally. I really like the ep when they were hiding from the rain, and lini said it was the first time he had such peace and quiet. I can see they will clash due to differing values, but I hope their relationship won't change in the future no matter if they disagree. This couple reminded me of another couple I watched a long time ago a really old drama, the fl always manipulating the ml so they were always fighting but later on she was his most trusted companion as they join forces. Hope this drama pairing will have similar outcomes.

No he didn't loss his mind. He knows what's he doing, on the surface it looks like he's taking a loss but in reality he's getting her to help him save his father. Also he figured out her real identity, so it would benefit them both to work together against a common enemy. What made you said he's like this most of the eps, what are you talking about, I don't see anything wrong with him being the way he's, he doesn't have to fight for the throne if it's not what he wanted. And what makes you know what you're talking about if you're only watching to ep 8.

No he isn't. He has feeling for cuilin, but he also realizes he has needs of her army so they're both using each other. However both of them have different priorities. His concern is to drive out rebels and oust sun jing as well as rescuing his father, so he will need cuilin's help.

I like baijue, sheng chumu, wang lu, fuca fuheng, yang hua off the top of my head and many others. Xukai is really good at portraying emotions, he's very natural because he would put himself in those characters so it feels more dynamic when his characters go through hardships.

I checked the eps number, not many are rating it compare to earlier eps. To bring up the rating, people have to rate each ep they watched that's what I heard. I'm still on the early eps so it could be not everyone are watching at the same time so they haven't rate them.

Different expectations, I can trust xukai to pick good storyline that's why I watch any dramas he's in because he has always has good taste. This is one drama where the main leads has a big focus from the beginning, most of xukai dramas tends to have a big casts and tend to put too much emphasis on support characters than main leads, so it can be annoying. Still most of his dramas always have a good storyline, I don't have to worry about stupid or weak fls. I can always count on xukai to pick dramas with really strong fls I can root for ^^

Xukai said in an interview he cried for a week shooting this drama and he compare the angst level to ancient love poetry. That's why I know this drama will have angst towards later part of drama. And agree with you I love ancient love poetry, and baijue is probably my favorite character xukai has played so far, that character was so strong and decisive and I really like his portrayal. He was able to show differences in baijue/qingmu and boxuan at different stages. This character is such a complex character and I just love that he was able to play him. I hope to see xukai getting more characters that are just as complex in his future dramas. I'm also liking lini in wonderland of love ^^

She reminded me of a princess in this one drama I watched a long time ago. She was so much more talented than her two brothers, if she was a male she would make a good emperor. She also used needle the first time she met the ml in that drama. Both of them fought each other from the moment they met just like lini with cuilin. This drama kind of reminded me of that old drama, the ml also very similar to ml in this drama who's very laid back and not care for politic, he also really values friendships. Fl tried to manipulated him by using his love for her to get him to work for her father, but he refused since he was a general from a past dynasty. This drama also has the character li shimin who befriended the ml. Does anyone watch this drama and see the similarities. It's a very old drama so probably not many watched it.

Where were you criticized, I didn't see anyone criticize you. I never understand why people wanted a historical drama to end so early though, for a historical drama being 40 eps is not a lot. It's very different compare to modern dramas, in my opinion modern dramas should be shorter so it's not dragged, while for historical dramas I love longer eps dramas to adapt the novel properly rather than have them edit out all the scenes i was hoping for. This drama was shot for 50 eps, it was supposed to have 46 eps in two seasons, but due to censorship it was cut down to 40 eps, I'm wondering what was cut down, and if it's relevant to the plot.

I used to watch a drama that portraying li shimin as a person who cares for his brothers and father, who only reason to fight for the throne was so the country could be at peace. He was just so much smarter than his father and two brothers. His two brothers were always jealous of him, but he's always forgiving and doesn't take it to heart. He also has a childhood sweetheart, who he has feeling for, and waited for her to return his feeling. Later on, he only took the throne after both his brothers tried to kill him, it was a real positive portrayal of emperor li shimin. He has a friendship with another man who was the main character, and both men were really smart, and his family and this man's armies were both fighting for the throne, but later on this man chose to walk away from the throne and left it to his family, before he left he told him it doesn't matter who has the throne, as long as that person has the country in his heart and care for the people then he will never lose power. That was such an old drama, when someone compare li shimin to lini it reminded me of that drama, and it makes me think the portrayal are kind of similar, the only difference is lini is more playful and smile more. Although when I first watched this drama, reminded me of the main couple of that old drama, they were fighting from when they first met, he didn't want to have anything to do with politic, she was a princess and wanted to recruit him to work for her father, but he refused. He is really playful and easy going very similar to lini in this drama, li shimin has such respect for him. I wonder if li ni was base on this character instead. He was very wise, and towards the end he chose to leave and establish his own kingdom with his wife rather than fight against li shimin and his family for the throne.

Are you watching drama for the main leads or his family. It's a drama, if it doesn't catches your attention then just drop it. There're so many dramas to watch however this is the only drama I'm interested in. Xukai and jingtian makes an interesting pairing, also I'm anticipating the angst that will be coming since xukai compare it to ancient love poetry I'm looking forward to when drama will change its tone...

Can someone tell me whether xukai and jingtian recorded happy camp to promote wonderland of love, how come I haven't hear anything about it? If it has been recorded already, is it coming out soon?
