What i'm saying is those people who criticized him don't even watch his drama and every actor/actress get hate just for existing. What is this conventional acting that you kept wanting to push xukai, there's nothing wrong with his acting, those critics who love to criticize do it to every actor/actress that has a fan base. If they're bias against him then what make you think looking like every body else will distinguish him from the pack when they're all competing for the same script. Like i already say before what is lacking for xukai is getting offer a role that will challenge him and a good script that will put him as the focus. Many of his dramas he has to share screentimes with support roles and most of these dramas have too much focus on romance. I hope to see xukai in a drama that is male centric for once and not a romance that will take away from his screentimes. I love xukai role in moonlit reunion but i feel the character is not new to him and he has done this type of role before so hopefully he will get more offer in genre that he hasn't done before. Xukai would fit wuxia perfectly with how good he's in using weapons and doing martial art, i hope he will get an offer to do a wuxia with a good script and less focus on romance. I also want to see him in comedy, republican era and xianxia again. I'm happy to see his next two dramas will be very different from the dramas he has done before. I hope to see him branching out more but that only possible if he is offer the right script 🤔

Have you wonder why xukai has so many fans because of his unconventional acting? I don't want him to change himself to please some critics who don't even watch whole drama or understand the characters motivation. And actors/actresses have antifans who are hating them for many reasons like jealousy and envy rather than anything to do with them. The only thing xukai can do to improve could be on his mandarin so he can voice his character in historical drama. He's a good actor and should get more offer with better scripts something that will give him a challenge and he would totally own it. Too bad xukai is stuck in cent where actors are force to compete and not able to challenge himself by being offer more challenging roles. His next two dramas will be different from the usual romantic dramas he been in so i'm looking forward to them.

I understand your point, you could still get your point across without being aggressive about it and scaring away new viewers. Nowaday some people are not very patience and expecting a drama to hand out everything in the first few eps, it's why some dramas can get bad rating because of those who didn't finish a drama and rating them down. Mdl rating are not to be trusted anyway when viewers can rate eps ahead of the drama release effectively controlling the rating of the dramas of their favorite actor/actress. The rating is so skew that we can't judge a drama rating on mdl anymore.

Still no update on support roles or even a closing preview of this drama.

I don't know much about the costumes of the period but i have to say the costume department must've a big budget to put so much details on the costumes of each character in this drama. They're all standout in their costumes and hairpieces and accessories especially the ml and fl. The females in this drama the jewels on their forehead make them really striking, the males in their costumes make them look so handsome, i just love how they style mzy and wz in this drama ^^

What is deng wei has to do with this drama, is he rumor to be replacing xukai? I was checking the other actor to be in the drama and his fans think the rumor with him and xukai are still on 🤔

I heard this rumor for such a long time even before his drama with zhou ye finished filming and this is the first time he has been on break for a long time without a new drama confirm to shoot or the date of the shooting. I thought the timing of the attack was very convenience when we been waiting so long for his dramas and nothing negative came out but once one of his long awaited drama came out then the attacks begin, it looks to me like it was deliberate to sabotage moonlit reunion and keeping it from breaking out after all the anticipation surrounding it and it was the first drama of xukai to have such high anticipation by fans after waiting so long to see him on screen again.

I forgot to mention it was kind of intetesting that the weapon mzy was given by his master and only recognizes him somehow it accepted wz and let her use it when it didn't accept the leader of chengxi palace. I wonder if it has to with mzy's love for her that his weapon also accepted her as its owner. That weapon has a mind of its own and it can detect evil spirit so at the end it might've alert wz when mzy was possessed by the infant core inside his body that why even though she was reluctant she knew the mzy she was facing wasn't the real mzy that why she stab him with the sword because it's the only way to kill the infant core inside him and mzy was save by the zhuyu plant that was cultivated by his dad the former cat lord but the wound still need healing that why he was show to be sleeping and when he woke up he became full demon because his human side died.

That assistant to mzy is really high maintainance the way he gotten jealous when he found out after mzy gotten married he became the last on his master caring list. Mzy was so poor that he only got one male servant while wz was a duke daughter but she went to live in his small house compare to her big mansion so she only took one female servant with her. By marrying mzy, wz was marrying down from her station but she didn't care at all that just show how much she loves him and doesn't care about wealth or class like other girls of her station ^^

It's been so long since we see xukai, then moonlit reunion came out and so many negative rumors and black marketing came right after that drama airing. Now we have no news about his next dramas to air, does anyone have any news, we're back to waiting for xukai next dramas. And what about the new project he's going to film next, is it still on?

She's not more cunning than he's. She is just more ambitious, while he only wanting to be a soldier guarding the kingdom rather than be a ruler. If she was a male she would've try for the throne but since she was female she wanted him to be a ruler because she think he's the most qualify but he just not intetested in the throne that why they don't see eye to eye.

There is no need to attack this person for having a different opinion about the fl. She did not say anything negative about the actress and is only talking about the character. Notice the person said they skip to ep 20 and didn't finish the drama so their opinion only on the early eps when fl was show just like any weak girl who just joined the military.
