That's your choice. I think it has a good plot, but the censorship kind of made me feel unsatisfied with the drama ending. This is what I noticed in my drama watching, cdramas tend to have a problem with ending, not because of the production's fault but because they have to cut out or edited out certain parts that deem unwatchable for the general public by the Chinese government. Each time more stuffs are added in to be on the chopping block, so be careful when watching cdramas and have a certain expectation that it will not be as you expected. I'm just sad because I gotten interested in this drama, but now I don't know where to look for the real ending. Can someone who read the novel tell us about the ending in novel?

I think it's because he wants to see those people around him have a good outcome before he died. The one person that didn't showed up is zxy, she just disappear after he went looking for the soul pursuit order. She is a victim of censorship because those people don't want to show their government officials being greedy and corrupt, she was the one to help yunqi watched commander hu, but since they took out commander hu part, they also took out her part as well. Sad to see what censorship can do to a good drama.

Actually I see the ending he's trap in that hq, and he's dreaming of what he wants to see in the future. In conclusion it's a sad ending masquerade as a happy ending to give those who like one a closures.

What they said actually match what I thought about their relationship, I'm actually the type to watch for plot and characters, and I saw their chemistry from the first. People seem to have a problem with fl because she's portraying a naive character, and they think ml and her don't match because he's so much more mature than her. But let say if her personality and his were switched, those people wouldn't mind his personality as much, i watched court lady and arsenal military academy before I watched this, xukai was the childish personality type but most people like his characters and think he's funny. I personally love his characters. Luo jiutian is a foolish man and also childish, but there are people who actually like this type of personality, the one who is irresponsible, who is care free, who doesn't care about anyone but himself, I even see people blaming fl for almost being rape by him. He was so annoying in his constant pursuit of fl, even though she showed no interest in him whatsoever. It's just sad to see how female characters are automatically being hated for playing a certain type of character. I find wushuang care free and has a very open personality, and I like her even with all her flaws. Yunqi and her match well, they made up for each other flaws, yunqi due to his childhood can be cold and unfeeling, wushuang made him more soft and he feels more human when he's around wushuang.

In term of romance, there's an interview of the main leads talking about how they fall in love on YouTube. I shared a link before you can scroll down to find it. For their romance, both of them see each other as friends at first, but gradually their feeling changes as they spend time together. Yunqi actually cares about wushuang from the very beginning, but he can't think about having a romantic relationship when his father is missing. Once his father business was settled, we can see him being more open about his feeling, and letting wushuang knows that he's interested in her by asking her to come with him to find Kunlun mountain. Wushuang is very naive, so she's kind of slow realizing her feeling, her talk with fengling made her understand her feeling for yunqi. Plot wise, I think it's due to censorship that a lot of the stuffs toward the end were cut, we can only deduce yunqi chose to not open the Kunlun mountain to keep her ladyship and tianlong from getting the treasures inside. Wushuang is kind of pitiful, she was abandoned since young, and was manipulated by her master in order to get her and yunqi together. She just wants a family of her own, and she found it in yunqi, as a result she can be a bit needy. It's because she loves him that she can accept him as her family, while she refuses to accept her brother and sister because she didn't grow up with them.

That what I want to know too. Luo jiutian has two long death scenes. Yunqi and yunsong are two important characters, but the ending don't even give them a proper closer 😂

I think those dramas that are rated lower are actually very good drama, they might not be popular type of genre general audiences would go for. Those dramas I gave very high rating even though I see they're not perfect, but they still won me over, and I was able to enjoy them for the plot and characters.

It was not mention, the boss could be a sect leader of another martial art sect not from pentasect. Those people who are with him all wear masks, and don't identity themselves, so we can't tell who they're. This is what I'm saying about the censorship, they cut out so much from the ending, now I wished they had cut some of the stuff in the beginning and added more stuff at the end because the show is good, just the end is so unsatisfying.

Xukai in this role i will remember, it's a standout role for him, plus all the relationship and friendship with the people around him. Those who are loyal to him sanjin, sanxian, Luo yunsong, czy, biao. Wushuang and yunqi relationship, some of the people are saying they didn't like the fl and didn't see their chemistry, I like their relationship from the beginning and like the chemistry, maybe because it starts as a friendship that those people have a problem with. They were already comfortable with each other. Or they don't like the fl not as mature as ml, she eventually mature, it's how the drama is written. In the end, this drama can still be enjoy for the journey. While I was watching I was afraid the ending will be unsatisfying since cdramas tend to have rush ending due to censorship, and I was right. So many dramas being ruined by censorship, I want to enjoy a cdrama but they will fall short because the ending was rush or edited out. I feel bad for the Chinese, having to live under such heavy censorship.

How did you get that conclusion. When commander hu came to see yunqi, he made it known he knew a lot about him and his family. Having knowledge of the Kunlun mountain is not a big deal, almost everyone know about it. He was the only one I know in this drama that like to blow up tombs by using bomb, and ding yunshan said he gotten injured because of the bomb blast used by the general. Yunsong when mentioned him for the first time also call him the general, so he must have a reputation.

Since the ending has been mess with, it's what it's. I'll just say this, this drama genre is mystery, adventure, wuxia. I really love the journey and characters, some can be annoying, but overall the plot really go into the human condition, how some people can be corrupt by greed, power, while others are the opposite, and spend generations protecting a secret, stand up to coruption by their justice and morality. I'm sad about the censorship, now I just want to see the original cut to get the full experience of this drama. Great acting by the whole casts, ding yunqi is a great guy, and I will always remember this character of xukai ^^

They both are trap in the hq of heaven sect official, so the villain will die eventually. I took that ending as yunqi's dream of what he wants for the future if he could get out. He was able to keep her ladyship and tianlong from getting the treasures by destroying the heaven official hq, but he sacrificed his life in the process. I actually think there must be more to the story, and he could get out using his iq, but the whole ending to this drama has been cut so that's my conclusion.

The dragon bones are supposed to be clue for yunqi to find the Kunlun mountain. I think he did use the clues from the dragon bones to find Kunlun mountain. He knew the exact location and how to open it. For the soul pursuit orders yunqi gave sanqin all the soul pursuit orders, and he only keeps his heaven pursuit order to open the heaven official headquarter since he decided not to open the Kunlun mountain to prevent both her ladyship and tianlong from getting the treasures from within. He lure tianlong into the heaven official headquarter and trap him there, and decided to destroy the headquarter to protect the Kunlun mountain from being discovered by her ladyship. I think the problem is the censorship, the bad people are the people in government who are greedy and want to possess the Kunlun treasures, but this does not goes well with the censor board since they don't want to see their government look bad, so they took the entire ending out. Damn censorship, now I want to know the real ending 😭

My explanation, his smile is because he is dreaming about the future, hence that ending sequence because it makes no sense for him to be out since he seems to accept he will be lock inside when he lure tianlong in with him, he didn't have a clue to open the door from the inside.

I think that was because those people can't be saved. He can only perform in his capacity as a doctor. I'm just glad biao can be save, I thought he was a goner, being injured so badly. I don't think that was the fault of the drama, it's the censorship that was to blame. Both commander hu and her ladyship are working for the government, they can't show government officials being corrupt or selling their souls for greed. What I want to know is why czy also left out to. I think because she was working undercover for yunqi, and she's in commander hu faction, so by cutting commander hu she also gotten cut.
