What a bastard that book demon is, the changxi palace guys are enemies so them treating her poorly is expected, but for a friend she knew a long time to use her and put her in danger just for his own plan to go forward is inexcusable. Also hurting hz while healing her so mzy find him in the room to cause misunderstand between mzy and wz and also causing her to be gossip by those who knew her is the worst. Anyone who want to ship them is out of their mind, his love is about control and hurting people wz care about. I'm glad wz is not sway by his love words, words are easy action is what matters.

Glad to hear this, from the eps i watched they're still just friends but he's willing to keep her secret so he care for her enough to not expose her to his sect brothers, and only was tricked by mzy to reveal her identity. He even tried to save her when the sect leader want to harm her.

Xukai is never ugly those people need to get their eyes check, they will never be satisfy when he gain weight they called him fat, now that he lost weight they still attack him for his look. I do agree he has gotten skinny but i heard it's required for the role.

I saw a video from marcus and it doesn't even show his face. In today world with ai technology anything can be fabricated. This is a sophisticated attack against xukai these people are ruthless if they're trying to ruin his image to turn public opinion against him. I hope everything will be sorted out soon for xukai. Their accusation came right when his career is taking off and he about to shoot a new drama, i find all these accusation suspicious and is a campaign to hurt xukai even if it's not true it will damage his reputation and delay his dramas.

Yes i'm watching it slowly and really enjoy all the eps i'm watching. It's getting even better the closer to the climax, let see if they will end it well because so far it's a 10/10 drama for me ^^

Meisi is a real gentleman the way he care for lady liu rep if she has turn down his father marriage proposal so he made his father angry by turning down for her even though he truly wants to marry her. The black snake demon and meisi became such good friends that he willingly deceive lady liu to help him meet her, that is a true friendship ^^

Txw is so skinny, i don't understand the chinese obsession with skinniness, txw has such a round face that i'm suprised under her clothes she's just skin and bone. Hope her friends and family will encourage her to eat more when they see how skinny she was, your health is the most important.

I consider mei si, xuan hui and lady liu as extra who are there for the comedic relief for those who are not into conflict. I'm much more invested into the main cp ^^

Sad to hear his fate. I was afraid something bad will happens to him, just my premonition of watching too many dramas because he was a trouble maker who turn into a nice guy.

Mzy suspected wz of being a demon so he wanted to test her but he couldn't go through with it because he didn't want to know or didn't care to know. I knew that book demon can't be trusted, wz want to be a full demon for 18 years, but the price to be a full demon is she will lose her original body that mean losing all her relationships with her family and her husband and that book demon kept that knowledge from her. Now that she found out about it, she couldn't go through with being a full demon. All mzy and wz kiss scenes gotten too hot to handle, when meisi saw wz rubbing her side and asking her what is wrong and we got that ackward moment between mzy and wz and them being embarrased, meisi can be so clueless even snake lord figure it out lmao.

That book demon is trying to create chaos by having the changxi palace fighting against demons. Has he find out about mzy identity? Is that why he want to force both sides to fight against each other. What a clever trick from wz using a trap to expose the whereabout of those from changxi palace, luckily mzy predict they would fail and help them avoid being discovered. What is that leader of changxi palace planning now that he and his sect brothers come back to chang'an? I don't trust him he has something up his sleeve. Both mzy and wz are unintentionally facing each other due to their loyalty to the different faction they're under even if mzy has left changxi palace he still want to find his parents killers and wz is responsible for the demon underworld. Both sides will soon face each other, what will their choices be?

I saw that ep, what i got from it is that director is just making conjecture about xukai because he was having a spat with yuzheng so he's not the director who is responsible for the new drama that was going to be shot since he's making claim about 3 unrelated dramas of xukai that has nothing to do with the drama that was about to shoot. I heard the date for the new drama to be shot is sep 24, so we will have to see if the new drama will be shot at that time and if xukai is not part of the casts. I'm still hoping everything will be clear up for xukai and he will sort it out sooner rather than later so he can follow his schedule and his new dramas will not get delay.

That book demon is sacrificing small demons to turn wz into a full demon. Wz is too trusting of him, mzy kiss was so intense the way he glare at the book demon for spying on them. Is this what i call marking his wife so no other men dare to come close 😅

The demons and the changxi palace don't get along, so what now what will happens when mzy and wz find out each other identities? Is mzy will be as understanding after finding out wz is a half demon, same with wz is she going to turn on him after finding out he's from changxi palace and is a threat to the demon underworld?

I love wz's personality, did she just enter the contest to shoot the arrows in order to win a prize for mzy when the rule was for the man to shoot the arrows to win the prize for his woman. Wz just want to spoil her husband ^^

So that dream demon was making mischief was the doing of that book demon and that rat elder. What are they planning? They want to use the dream demon to get the changxi palace to come to changan but why. They're not afraid it will cause a probkem for the demon underworld, Now that mzy found out tge qhereabout of the demon underworld, it will not ve long before he found out about wz's identity. That sect brother of mzy saw wz's assistant using spell, so he's starting to suspect her of being a demon, is he going to tell mzy. For now he's still confused about what he saw but he will eventually let slip about her to mzy and then mzy will finalky find out about wz. Four eps to go before the big reveal ^^

No it's not weird having casual friendships with multiple men. If you're looking at it as a matter of propriety but she didn't break any law. Yes it's frown on by society at that time for a young woman of marriageable age to still not be marry at her age either. As we're modern age people we don't have such archaic view anymore where a woman reputation will be ruin just for talking to other men beside her husband. But it's true she didn't have a good rep that why other women her age avoid being friends with her beside her demon girlfriends.

Kind of look funny all the guys wearing flowers on their head. Meisi is so partial to wz, his excuse for choosing to be on wz side is because he grew up with her even though mzy is his cousin. He even got the guys in the bureau investigation to side with him to play mischief on mzy. Glad to see one of mzy's sect brother came to see him at the wedding even if his sect choose to disown him for wanting to get marry and leaving changxi palace, he still has a brother who doesn't care about sect rule and side with him.

I hope you're right, it come right at the time we're waiting for him to shoot a new drama.
