Are you one of those people who rated all eps of this drama to bring down the rating? is that why you're defending the mdl rating that letting people who have not watch the drama rating future eps? Xukai character has already exceeded 50 millions popularity, looks like many chinese disagree with you and in love with this character of his.

Heard lots of good things about this drama while waiting for moonlit reunion. I might check it out to see if it pique my interest. Glad to see yangmi has a hit drama this year ^^

No i don't feel they're that similar from the few clips i seen of moonlit reunion. The ml in moonlit reunion does not have low self esteem, and is reclusive because of his training in daoism instead of a past trauma like what happened to yang hua.

This drama was rated below 8 when it started so it wasn't because of xk issue. His dramas always start low because some dedicated haters would rate eps that have not air and because not many fans of this drama have watch the show, they did not rate the drama so the haters outnumver the watchers.
