Yeah, it will inevitably not be marketed as only a wuxia drama because ofc its not a solely-wuxia-centric plot but a mixture of genres (political intrigue, investigation & war historical,on the heavier side). Even if Wuxia is a sub genre, there are significant wuxia elements. You probably didn't reach the arc of Ren Anle & Han Ye fighting the case of martial art sects. There are numerous reference of the martial arts techniques of expertise of the leads & other characters & they were the disciples of renowned martial arts masters themselves. Later, towards the half of 2nd volume, they also fight with grand masters, masters & they always have highly skilled martial artists at their command too. The highly revered character Di Shengtian, herself is a grandmaster level martial hero. Di Zi Yuan, Han Ye, An Ning, Yuan Shu, all of them are the disciples of highly regarded martial masters/grandmasters. I've also seen flying in the teaser. Basically wuxia is not the focal genre but a sub-genre. That is to say, its not a traditional wuxia like Sword Snow Stride, Heroes, etc. NIF also has wuxia as a sub genre, like LOA, I believe.

Didn't you see Dilraba flying/jumping down from a high place in a red costume in the wrap-up teaser? That shouldn't be possible in a normal kind of fight scene, other than wuxia.

Yes, apart from the genre of historical & political intrigue, it is also wuxia as a sub-genre since it has wuxia elements like martial heroes of grandmaster & master levels, martial sects, jianghu & internal energy/qi as well as martial arts/moves they practice which are beyond the scope of ordinary fighters/warriors.

In my opinion, Dilraba has the most fierce eyes & expressions during fight scenes & her fights might be cut short in scenes but are the type of power fights rather than going along rhythmic choreography that looks delicate & not powerful in wuxia. Also, during the cuju game in TLB & everywhere she disguised as a boy/man, she adhered to all typical bearing of a boy very authentically & naturally.

Yeah, as much as I'm dying for it to air, I'd always prefer it to come onscreen full equipped. Btw, the historical dynasty & the continent in LOA is fictional, so it should have freedom in costumes, right? From the teaser & leaks, it looks like the production researched really well to co-ordinate the costumes corresponding to historical setting too. Not to mention, all the costumes look unique & gorgeous, nothing Japanese/Korean.

To this day, there is nothing like Pinocchio. I have to re-watch it every year. Its an excellent masterpiece. The thrilling & suspenseful story telling & unfolding, the amazing characters starting from protagonists to antagonists including the grey ones, the relationship dynamics between the characters, the romance & the chemistry of the beautiful leads, the stellar performances of the superb actors, some of the most unforgettably exquisite scenes & cinematography and the heaviest dose of emotions contained in this piece, all hit differently. Wish I could find something like Pinocchio...but alas. There's just nothing like Pinocchio :')
After all, not every drama will have Park Shin Hye & Lee Jong Suk, along with all the amazing actors, in such a marvelous setting.

She said clearly in that specific interview where you heard she wants to play a doctor that she also wants to play a police/cop. The reason you remember her wanting to play a doctor is because she emphasized it with her mom wishing her to be a doctor. What you don't want her to play is exactly what she wants to play, because its time for her to soar high. Also Prosecution & Police are two DISTINCTLY DIFFERENT but powerful & impactful professions.

The reason LOA got delayed might also be because they are aiming a tv broadcast along with web broadcast. That'd also explain the delay of obtaining its distribution license.

Yeah, I also see a lot of people going around saying her voice actress has girly voice, maybe from only seeing Bai Feng Jiu, but how can they still stick to that impression after hearing Li Changge & Ji Yunhe? XD

Actually, a star-studded cast is so rare, I'm rather happy, such a cast is manifesting. Getting an assembly of great stars together is another level of satisfaction. Besides, playing support in a huge budget drama is never a demeaning thing but a catapult to bigger stardom in most cases. Not to mention, even Yuan Bingyan is playing the 2nd main female lead, so I don't see why Bambi cannot play a support in this. She's not bigger than her. The characters & their impacts in the story matter more I believe.

Yeah, the voice actress is great, she delivers appropriate strength of voices as required but you can never beat the real voice, so, Dilraba's real voice in Anle Zhuan highly demanded :'3
