Park Hana's visual card never declines. She looks youthful and pretty as always. Wanting an almost 40yo look like…
What is more stupid is casting a 40yo in a part better suited for a 30yo, I know KDrama actresses age well, but not everyone can Lee Min Jung, Son Ye Jin or Jeon Ji Hyeon. Casting directors need to understand that, and at least cast an age appropriate ML. And by the way I like Park Ha Na, I had this drama on my watchlist as soon as she was cast. I Hear Your Voice or Oh! Lady are examples of Noona romance done right.
So annoying there always has to be a breakup instead of putting in the effort to show how couples get and work…
It’s probably in the contract for 55 or more episodes, 1 little breakup when they 1st confess, 2nd breakup “for the good of the other person“ when a secret is revealed, a bonus if they breakup right before the finale, and or yeah a bonus for each trope
This doesn’t look promising, Park Ha Na, has aged, and her face is swollen??, the MLs are writing to look immature or silly, I smell Feminism in the air. It’s written for “Modern Audiences”
I can already predict a breakup because FL’s dad was involved in something pertaining too ML’s past.
As a professional chef, space sweepers or parasite was more believable than this show . And it had a meh ending. If you’re looking for romance, well good luck buddy you’ll need it.
I think most women would choose great beauty over competence if they had only one choice. I thought she was good in “Smile You” and “Kimcheed Radish Cubes” where she played essentially the same character i.e. Sassy, Spoilt and carefree.
I guess Kdramas were great while they lasted, I hope new writers/directors find a way to refresh things. I can’t watch Hollywood, Cdramas are just eerie, Jdramas start well but inevitably has a crappy 3rd act.
I started watching for SFL and because it was set in a bar I thought they would touch on the fact that in most kdramas the SML and SFLs frequently meet in deserted bar.
The show premise was promising, but the actors, writer, director and producer were unserious about execution. They didn’t make any effort to portray the characters with even a modicum of realism. I get they were going for comedy, but come on smh. A former spy?? give me a break already.
