I agree that there are gaps better understood if you read the manga. The manga is more adult (hehe) but looking at the way this is going, it's going to remain PG13 for the drama version. I do hope they stick with the manga ending.
After reading the manga. So much content - but I can see where it is going if they kept to the storyline. I am not sure what they will squeeze in the second half but I predict the Kamiyama storyline will go through (not sure about the hotel bit) and the building of trust between Togo and Ayaka before the Kamiyama exposure. I never expected the way they showed why Togo's mother was like that (in the manga) could lead me to feel sympathetic towards her but the drama version (with Matsushima Nanako) will be a meaty role.
I love the drama but the thing that bothers me is how Do Ki is out and about without any disguise when he is supposed to be dead? Now he will infiltrate the club and does the team think that is the last we will see of Mr On? No one will recognise him? I know Seoul is a big place but still.... And obvious reference to Burning Sun and the whole sordid affair. SIGH.
But, it looks like the storyline is matching the manga.
So they better keep the manga ending!

SIGH.
This is the second drama with this outcome.
A coma.....
