It's Miles, so of course it would go down smooth. But you can tell there was a ton edited out and still somehow it felt too long sometimes.

I found the FL character to be frustrating. Also I appreciate dramas addressing periods but I hate how it was used twice to appear debilitating which I feel can undermine the message of female capability.

I think the review by Ifa is pretty spot on. There are fun characters, fun visuals, and fun actors with a primarily fun adventure. But then it got serious and had massive pacing issues. So it felt like any other xianxia in the end.

I think it is because he died before all the time stuff. So he is dead dead :-(

I just watched this episode and was so disappointed she looked. Srsly messed up!

Well...there is a lot to like in this but overall I was disappointed. I actually did not like the FL character. I'm not sure if it was the direction or acting but to me she felt cold for too long.

Best thing was seeing all the familiar faces both more recent ones like Lai Wei Ming to veterans like Peter Ho! I loved seeing Jeremy Xu again and may need to go re-watch Royal Rumors now.

The most fast forwardable drama I have seen in a while. I stuck it out because the ML amd FL did have some growth arcs individually and together which was good! Tan Jian Ci pretty much carried.

Nothing special but super easy watch. Very bingeable!

Like other comments said there is some really strong acting in this but unfortunately the story doesnt hold up at all. Just watch for classic "Love conquers all" fuzzy feelings.

Also I loved the eyes on the actor for the cousin, Jang Seung Jo. They were large and expressive and I loved the crinkles when he smiled!

The quiet yearning in this is delicious! No it isn't perfect and the pacing fell apart around episode 20. Also I could barely stand the father and brother characters. It is one thing to be foolish but being selfish and arrogant on top of it make them insufferable.

Overall a fun watch!

Probably an odd comment, but the confession from the 2ML was the best I've seen in a while. It was heartfelt, mature, and he acknowledged her feelings. Also made it clear he would respect her either way.

Otherwise this show is not about the plot. More about feelings and little stories to make you reflect on life. You need to be in the right mood to enjoy.

This had some of my least favorite tropes so I was frustrated with lots.

He Yu hard carried this with emotional scenes and character growth. The chemistry was also off the charts!

Otherwise...its a meh for me.

I'm glad I'm not alone about the music. So many scenes they were ham fisted with the music to MAKE YOU FEEL AN EMOTION NOW!

I thought this was a pretty tight story until the end. What happened to the priest? What about the shaman? No consequences for the Taebaek CEO? Why did it feel like the sister could see her dad at the end and was totally fine with her bro having ghost adventures even though she wasn't part of the group that knew about the ghosts?

Overall the show was fun and I liked the characters. Great OST! I still would recommend it for something different.

Yeah I was a little thrown too. I decided it was when a ghost was aware they were a ghost but before they got memories back.
