My first Deng Wei drama and I was smitten. I loved him and the 2FL together. I thought she had some great comedic timing as well.

Not Dylan's best at all but seemed like good practice for LBFAD.

Overall, it was better than I thought it would be based on some comments. I would recommend it as a quick, easier xianxia.

I've been waiting for an ultra-romantic costume/fantasy drama but my heart needs happy endings right now. Guess I will have to wait until they release the second part to confirm how this finishes. The novel readers said it leans towards happy right?
