this is silly and over the top and exactly what i need at this moment. Alsom to the people who complain this drama is cringe... like... have you seen the poster? Did it not give you any indication what to expect??? 😂
WHAT??I just finished Episode 9 .. AND perchance saw an article from 23 days ago saying that the show had dropped…
ok so im super invested now, but if i didn't make myself push through for Wi Ha Joon ONLY, I would have probably dropped it after ep 2. don't get me wrong, im glad i didn't, but this drama is so heavy on educational system, exams, lessons, questions etc that it honestly is boring (and extremely hard to understand) for someone like me that is completely unfamiliar with the subject. I reckon this might me the reason ppl are dropping it.
Its happening everywhere then why lgbtq+ content need special treatment many white characters turned black, neary…
thats exactly what I mean! Also, the uproar from Mervel and Star Wars Bros is HUGE everytime a woman dares so show up on screen as "it's ruing the experience" or whatever. Adding black characters always meets "rewriting the history" or "ruiming the source material" comments. But here? Erasing queer theme is met with posotobe comments. It's honetsly baffling
I just scrolled through the comments and honestly Im baffled by all the angry, homophobic and aggresive comments praising the changes made in the script. When I started watching it I was not aware it was adapted from a BL story and now when I know it just doesnt sit right with me. I still enjoy it but with dose of unease. Im not a part of LGBTQ communuty, but even I can grasp the basic concept that erasure of LGBTQ stories is harmful. There are hundreds of straight stories they could have chosen from and yet they chose BL one and censored it. It honesly makes me laugh, bc I see angry comments under every single adapted drama "oh they changed this", "how could they have changed that", but here, somehow, changing crucial part of the story is fine and it's praised.
For a show about dancing there's surprisingly little of actual dancing, just lots of random arm stretches and lying on the dance floor. but seriously, i wish this was a bit longer as the premise was super cool and interesting. There was sasly not enough time for proper development and it felt a bit rushed at times.
This has such a cool and fun vibe I binged it in like two days. I loved the humour and the relationships between the characters. Theres no romance here (which I appreciated) but theres plenty of friendship and familial bonds.
i was very much on the fence about this one at the beginning. 3 first episodes were a snoozfest, packed with so much info about the academic which just flew over my head. but somewhere around ep 5, maybe 6, things started to pick up and I got really invested. Ep 8 was the epitome of cute. can't wait wants going to happen next, be although I'm super worried there would be a be a lot of heartbreak
