For most of the film it went in to very predictable path. The humor was OK and the romance was not necessary imo and the couple looked forced. I was looking forward to this one and felt let down :(.
I especially dislike the fact that their relationship hasn't evolved much since season 1. Unless that is their…
IMhO, IRL this relationship wouldn't have worked. But of course we are watching fiction and we would like to believe that everything works out in THE END π.
yeahβ¦ I have to agree with the comments here! Asami has been having a really hard time dealing with his trauma…
I felt the same way too. Shirasahi yelled at him saying choose yourself not anyone else, but that came as a back hand advice. The focus was his struggles of trying to CATCH UP to Hayama! The conversation even started with him saying how difficult it would be to communicate if they live 8 hours apart. And then Shirasaki lost it when he heard Hayama was thinking about not taking the role. Instead of trying to understand why, he went on about his struggles and how lucky he is to get this role and he has the audacity to even reject it. Shirasaki has been shown as a self absorved character this season. He is only focused on himself, even with his colleagues. When he was having trouble in acting he went to his colleague and got help. I wonder what he did for him. I mean yes, Hayama is not expressive and keeps everything bottled up, and Shirasaki has to guess often times what he is thinking (which can be frustrating). Even so, that means he has to be more patient with Hayama and not bull doze into guilt tripping him. Anyways, EVERYTHING will be fixed at the last episode! Another bummer.
Shirasaki Kun is disappointing as a BF (unfortunately). Even when he is trying to soothe Hayama, he is talking about his issues first and approaching Hayama's tangentially! 9 episodes down, as a viewer it will be difficult for me to believe in any kind of drastic redemption. What a mess!
Ogami's flirting is chef's kiss!!!
Loved this episode!
