I don't get the blind hatred for Kuea. Sure, he's annoying and childish, but he was also groomed his entire life to become the perfect husband for a man 7 years older than him. He's more of a victim in this situation than Lian that's for damn sure.
And people saying Kuea was hypocritical for expecting Lian to come clean with him when he couldn't do it himself... sure, because lying about riding bikes and playing music is as bad as not telling your fiance that you've purchased all his family's assets.
But one thing's for sure, every character in this show gives me a headache.

Kuea knows Lian came to see him at his gig and was okay with it so this outburst makes no sense. They could've just not had Diao tell him lol. But people getting mad him at humiliating Lian in public aren't it either because Lian shouldn't have proposed to him in public at all. Public proposals are a big no no.
Both Lian and Kuea are annoying af. Lian telling him that he can't run away from him was goosebumps-inducing (and not in a good way) because Lian is fully capable of actually pulling shit like that.
